Horrible, I usually have thick hair and don’t mind it short. But this was not what I asked for. It also is unevenly cut which is odd to be done with clippers. She was an older lady and I’m 60.

Just moved to the area and needed a new hair stylist but and scared because nobody ever does what I ask. They always do what they think is best and I learn disappointment and pay for what I didn't want. Sunny did exactly what I asked for. The picture won't show it because she actually was trying to save me money (what stylist does that) but she gave me a great cut. And next month I'm get a color and foils. I was going to do it today but again she was looking out for my wallet because next week color is on sale! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see MISS SUNNY! Tell her Bobbie sent yobig

Will is amazing! My friends dad needed a beard trim and haircut and Will was so patient with him. I called and warned that he has dementia and did not want to get his hair cut but his daughter is getting married on Saturday and he needed a trim. It had been over 10 years since he had a cut. Will listened to him and didn't do anything to drastic. The dad left happy and said Will is the only person he will let cut his hair from now on. Thanks Will appreciate you!

Asked for a face frame, instead got the sides cut straight back, no blending in. Went in to get it fixed by another Asian lady. She cut my hair short to the point where now you can't even fix it without getting full on bangs. And when I told them it still looks ugly and nothing I wanted in reply I got "I'm sorry, why don't you wait for your hair to grow back. " Left the establishment in tears.

Stay away from the big blonde, angry demeanor, bad vibes.I made an appointment the first time, request a stylist and they told me yes, i waited for 15 minutes then they said come back tomorrow for that stylist, I decided to give a second chance a few months later with the stylist and i made an appointment, i came on time, and they told me they were not ready for me, and to wait additional 30 minutes, i left, to never come back again, they cannot keep their word.Service: Haircut

Upset very upset.i just want a hair cut. Sign says family hair care without an appointment . I walk in the front door. Oh do you have an appointment? I say no. She can't help me without an appointment. My job and kids don't allow for appointments I need to stop in and get it done. Angry very angry customer now.

My hair was quarterd and cut four different links. Nothing is even. I don't understand the way she chose to cut my hair as if she had no experience at all with shoulder length hair. I'm devastated. It's horrible and now I will have to spend more money trying to fix her damage.
