This company has been very unprofessional. I have been lied to from the very beginning. When I asked for quotes in writing, I finally received an email. When I later presented the email after fees were double and triple, I was told that the employee no longer worked for them. I have since closed my account with enormous fees. I was told I could close my account out at any time with no repercussions. I was lied to over and over until I finally switched. And it has cost me a fortune. Do not use this company. Please. Save yourself.

I found this company to be very professional. They treated me like an absolute vip. Especially during a recent weekend event when I had some issues with payments while selling my soap at local festival. They were so understanding and patient with me! I'm very impressed and I would recommend personal processors to anybody who has a small business!

THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEY WILL NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE. READ THE CONTRACT, IT IS A 2 YEAR NON CANCELABLE CONTRACT, THEY WILL SAY " YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME BUT OUR PRODUCT WILL BE SO GOOD THAT YOU WILL NOT CANCEL" DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. scam company avoid it at all cost!

This place constantly calls businesses around the country and they don't stop. They say they will put you on their do not call list but they keep calling. When they ask for the business owner and they are not available they just hang up. Very unprofessional. They are telemarketers. Plus they have multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Anyone can take a look online.

I deal with Brian and all I can say is he's hands-down the best He always does what he says he's going to do If I have any discrepancies he always fixes them He called me to let me know if I'm out of PCI compliance and then helped me navigate the whole website which wasn't easy But he's always there when I call always there when I email And always does what He says he's going to do And I appreciate that So yes I would recommend them

Adren and Vanessa told me their rates are lower then my current. It was higher when I got my first bill. They lied. Got me signed with Ascentium Capital for 4 years For the equipment. Can not get out unless pay the whole amount. I called their manager Bill Richardson, told him the situation, all he can say was I signed the contract. It seems they all in the schemes. So they lied to get me in with high rate and f...ked me over for signing the contract. This company is a scam , no integrity. Don’t think they would last long if that’s how they run their business.

8/25/20DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I had the same experience as Solid Gold's 1-star review. Elijah S was the lying sales rep who disappeared when I questioned the issues and tried to get support. I trusted the rep without reading the fine print of the lease. Five months later and I am still not set up to process credit card transactions yet they charged all the monthly fees. I typically write positive reviews on other sites, hardly ever negative reviews because we're human but if a company is being deceitful, it needs to be known.9/21/20Update: Interesting how so many positive 5-star reviews popped up recently (also referencing employee names with last initial like the do with their email signatures).Numerous calls and emails to three different Personal Processors employees (Alex M, Stephanie D and Steven) and no response. Elijah S was no longer with the company when I found out this solution wouldn't work. At this point all I wanted was a compatible solution with my hotel management system and gateway vendor. They left me with an equipment lease with First Data Global Leasing that I can't use, and recurring Paysafe fees with no recourse other than leaving this review.Personal Processors: do the right thing. Get FDGL to cancel the lease, refund the fees you charged me, operate with integrity.11/24/20Full refund was finally processed. FDGL refund was also processed but only partial. They have also been a complete nightmare to deal with. Check FDGL reviews before signing anything, they are absolutely awful. This review stays as I have no confidence in Personal Processors on operating ethically or improving their customer service

Simply ridiculous! Very rude and unprofessional girl that yelled at me and hanged the phone on me just because I refused to sign on the contract on the spot. Hey, if this is the way you treat a potential customer, how do you treat your customers when there is a dispute? I do NOT recommend this company, you better give your business to somebody who appreciate it.

I was scammed by this company they told me no monthly fees then charged me 600 dollars do not believe anything they say read your contract and the fine print, the 600 was the first month then 45 then another 45 the numbers are not exact but very close. When I called they said yep to bad should have read the contract that was sent via phone docu sign I explained that I could not understand or read all of it so I asked the important questions and I was told no monthly charge so I signed up then the charges started.
