My puppy loves this store! They always have a great selection of treats and new toys for him to pick! The employees are always very helpful when I am struggling to find a certain product, they know right where everything is!

I recently got a little hamster from Petco, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right pet and supplies. Highly recommend Petco for anyone looking to adopt a pet!

Love this place. I get my Chihuahua’s nails done here. I buy my animals food here also. There is a woman and a man who are exceptional employees here that make me always come back. I’ve been coming to this store for years!

Adopted a “male” guinea pig from Petco Division. 2 days later it had 4 babies! 1/10
Called back on 9/17/2025 and the employee that adopted her out to me just the week prior said she said she had told me while adopting that she ‘wasn’t sure’ the Guinea pig was male, completely denying responsibility. I’m furious about the neglect this Guinea pig faced at this Petco and how they are denying responsibility!

Took cat in on walk in basis for Rabies shot. Everyone that i encountered was kind and respectful. The price was a bit spendy but still fair.

Jennifer helped me with cat litter and gave me the advice I needed to immediately litter box train my rescued 4 week old kitten. Best customer service I ever got there and I have been a customer for over 20 years. Thanks!

It was ok, I went in to find a cat toy, a specific kind, and I was very disappointed with the selections they offered. Just 2.
The racks were empty. My kitty really needed something new, something different, cuz she was bored...I bought the only 2 ones they had. My cat was NOT impressed. Neither was I... the toy on the right came from Fred Meyer, and has stretchy string. THAT'S what I was looking for....just something different. Didn't find it at Petco. Probably won't be going back, either.

Didn't know it was common practice for petco employees to follow you around a store harassing you with questions they have no buisness asking I came in for puppy formula and bottles n it turned into how she's a professional dog trainer n that she knows more then we did. Wich I find funny becuse she also stated not knowing anything about puppies. The last thing I need when looking for supplies for.my animals is a Karen whereing a uniform asking 21 questions about animals that are well taken care of. The things she was implyingwas just insane. Not happy with that experienceat all

Ashley does my golden retriever’s grooming. She takes the time to make sure she’s comfortable and she meets her where she’s at. She’s a rescue and needs a little support getting into the kennel and on the table. We followed her from Vancouver because she’s so amazing! My golden retriever is always happy when she returns!
