I came here 10 minute late to my appointment and the hipster groomer girl decided to not to accept me, this is why this place is very low grade s***. I was actually not gonna come to this garbage of a place but my original groomer was out for a while and I decided to give a try. So sad I spent my time with these looser ass workers here.

Amazing grooming experience with Hazel! My doodle was a matted mess and recovering from a really bad haircut from another groomer when I brought him in. Archie came out looking like a stud! Definitely recommend Hazel for doodle grooming (and I’m sure all other types of dogs)!!

I'm not surprised to see that Jonathan already has two negative reviews about him. I never go to this location but I needed to grab treats really quick before going to Freddy's. My cashier asked if I had a rewards number, I said no and then they asked if I would like to sign up and I said "no, thank you" with a smile and tried to continue to pay but that's when Jonathan jumps into the conversation. "You don't wanna save money?! It LITERALLY only takes like 2 minutes!" I politely say no thank you again and was a little taken back from his condescending tone. He pushes back again. "Pffft wowwww, I can't believe you don't wanna save money! Come on it's so easy to sign up!" while ringing up a different customer who was also clearly uncomfortable. I told him no again. I never come here and him asking over and over again will not make me want to sign up and frankly he's being rude for not taking my no for an answer. "I'm sorry you feel that way..." He said with a pouty face. I snapped back because I've clearly said no three times at this point "and I'm sorry you think it's ok to talk to customers that way" and I left. I've worked in customer service before and I can't imagine ever speaking to a customer this way. I felt bullied and harassed while I was just buying treats. Truly gross.

I don't typically leave reviews on yelp. But my multiple experiences with an associate at this location has prompted me to do so for this instance. There is an associate, a man with longer hair and a beard that consistently tells me the food I am buying for my pet is not good for them due to the ingredients in the product. No matter how much I try to deflect and just get through the transaction he still insists that I should be buying better food for my pet. I was under the impression that any product Petco sells would be something that your business and associates would stand behind. I often leave the store feeling as if I am a bad pet owner because of the consistent communications I receive that the food is not good for my pet. I will be no longer shopping at this location, strictly in order to avoid this individual.

This place is unbelievably aggressive in trying to obtain my personal information at checkout. I went in recently for cat food and litter. At the register they always ask for phone number to which I always reply "no thank you". At this point I'm bracing myself because I know they'll usually press me with at least one or two more attempts before finally allowing me to pay. That's a typical encounter. On this occasion the cashier, Jonathan, was particularly forceful. He says "I don't understand why you wouldn't want to give us your phone number". I told him I'm not comfortable giving it out. He then asked what do I think they're going to do with it, insinuating that I'm somehow paranoid or irrational for wanting to protect my privacy. I again said no, adding that I did not wish to argue about it any further. He then became very court with me. The next screen asks for a donation, which he abruptly reached over and pressed decline stating "I already know what your answer to that is going to be" while glaring at me. This entire ordeal left me feeling violated. I don't understand why a simple transaction must include such harassment. I just want to get my stuff and go, and not be made to feel bad in the process. I would think a business would be more polite to a customer spending $50. I've been a regular patron here for a long time. They are the closest store with the special food that my cat needs so I may have to come here again, but will certainly avoid it whenever possible.

The employee named Chris is AWESOME! He is one of the most invested, caring, fun, kind, and thoughtful customer service people I have ever had! This location is always good. Great staff and clean store with good vibes--but special praise for Chris!

Great location and great staff. Stock is pretty random. Never really had what I need exactly because it is a smaller Petco. Recommend ordering ahead to make sure they have what you need.
