DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE! Management is rude, and unhelpful. Not doing their job, or treating the customers with any form of respect or politeness. Buyer beware!
I ordered 2 cups of 12 night crawlers for my garters, to be delivered, paid the fee and the tip, in addition to the cost of the worms. When my order arrived, the petsmart employees had put red worms in the bag instead of night crawlers. There is a big difference when feeding garters, and red worms are not typically suitable to feed except on a rare occasion. Of course the store had closed by the time my order arrived, so I called today (the next day), and the MANAGER named AJ, said all he could do was discount them (I already paid!) and swap them out, or I could just keep them. No actual options as I paid for delivery for a reason! After speaking for another 30 seconds or so, he changed his verbiage and said he could refund me if I went to the store and swapped them out. But made it sound as if I was the one in the wrong. My sheet shows NIGHTCRAWLERS, not red worms. So here I am stuck with red worms, and no actual resolution. I’m out the money, and my garters are still hungry. Make sure to not order anything for delivery if you cannot check it to make sure it’s correct yourself.

Shoutout to AJ and the younger cashier (slater? didn’t catch his name tag) who helped me find the prescription food I needed on Thursday night for my sick cat that won’t eat. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get what I needed on short notice but they got me sorted out! Big thanks, y’all.

Pet smart is friendly and convenient. It's also over priced and the reward system is cheap. I think I finally earned 5$ back after 2 yrs . I only own 1 dog. Maybe if you own 3 or 4 pets you earn quicker. The fish seemed to look ok, but starving. There's a happy dance upon approach and there is the starving swarm.
I brought 2 fish. I found it humerous that the clerk asked me what size tank I had as to approve my purchase as a positive choice. I'm not a master fish keeper. But, I know better than to buy your fish generally. But, i had a special need. Then he couldn't answer my substrate question. So i guess the tank question is just part of the spiel .
Everyone is nice. and do their very best to help and be friendly. I'll continue to shop there when i have a need.

Skyler at the groomers was great. She was willing to squeeze our dog in to get a quick nail trim and we really appreciated it. People here are super friendly. Great place

We have been taking our Phoebe, a Yorky, for grooming and haircuts, and we are so happy with the care she receives. We didn't think she could get any cuter, but she comes out a little doll every time.

I’m really happy with the PetSmart on 82nd. The store is always clean, someone aways greets you upon entering,and the grooming services are good especially Michael. My dogs always come out looking good! I like that online pay is available. Don’t get discouraged by long lines they move quick.

Make sure to check prices on the app, they're often lower. If you ask at the register, they'll change the prices to match the app!

The only place we can get our dog's food close by, but they seem to have a lot to offer, including doggie day care. My kids like to go say hi to the dogs through the windows. The line to check out has been long the last few times we've gone.

The daycare is amazing! The staff are attentive and my dog absolutely loves going. Plus, the themed Thursday photos are a favorite of mine and all my friends and family! I also did four training classes with Faye that were so helpful.

Got in and out ...lines aren't too long... bring your patience...call ahead and make sure they have your products.....
Here's a big tip for reptile owners... count the bugs you are buying.... i.e... meal worms..wax worms...any bug in the fridge...cause I just bought fifty wax worms for $4.99.....14 were dead......?
