Im excited to have a local independent pharmacy nearby. They are going through some changes, and had to adjust hours and bring on and train new staff. Apart from those bunps I'm overall happy. Love how many languages they speak! However there's been a couple times where there just felt like a level of disorganization and confusion that had been frustrating. Its happened about 2 times in the 8 months ive been a customer.

Not a great experience. They left me in a lurch multiple times, losing prescriptions or taking unreasonably long to fill them. All around poor communication and organization. For example: They use the rxlocal app for notifications and filling prescriptions, but every time I submitted refills using the app they told me “oh, we’re still learning how to use it” so the orders were delayed by several days. Had to go without my meds for weeks due to their errors. Glad I found a better spot than this.

Everyone is nice there but honestly very frustrating to work with. They always say the pharmacist is going to call me with an update if I inquire about a prescription, yet no one ever calls me. I will call in asking if my prescription will be ready and they state that it'll be ready by today. I go in and it's still not ready. My main thing is if you say you are going to do something, then freaking do it and not be surprised when I'm upset that show up to pick up my prescription the NEXT DAY and it's still not ready. This has happened on multiple occasions already! They're never good on their word and you have to check back with them multiple times just to get a damn prescription filled.

This Pharmacy is the worst that I have been to. They refused to filled my meds that were prescribed by my doctor 3 times. One being a antibiotic for a ear infection. Which after 8 days turn into a huge mess. The infection spread though my body causing alot of discomfort. I had to switch Pharmacy to finally get the much needed antibiotic. I highly recommend not to go here. Even though Fred Meyer is busy. I am heading back. To a Pharmacy that actually fills your medications

We really like this local pharmacy, don’t be confused by the name. The people are nice and helpful, and are much less of a hassle than Fred Meyer, etc.

the best local owned pharmacy I’ve ever used. Clean, uncluttered, and zen. I can validate others posts staff/pharmacist is very friendly and accommodating. And when you’re done you can get the best grapes in town right next door in the market.

Got my Covid booster and my flu shot here. They deliver though I have not used the service for pharmacy yet. I will likely switch pharmacies from Walmart to here.

What a lovely, locally owned pharmacy. Note: enter from inside the mall. This pharmacy offers many different vaccines and can do prescriptions in multiple languages: Vietnamese, Russian etc... just ask!
