Desirae did really good job at keeping my nephew calm and getting throw his ear piercing, also went above and and beyond too make sure the placement was correct 10 out of 10 would definitely come back

I would give zero stars if I could. I showed up to my appointment at 3 PM which I scheduled online. I called and verified with an associate that my appointment was confirmed the day prior. The stand is dark and all jewelry is removed. Did not get a cancellation email or other notice. Very unprofessional : (
Update 05-15-25: I called to get more information and leave a complaint due to driving here out of my way in traffic. The representative was very professional and kindly acknowledged the problem. She said the location was closed due to not having two people available to open the kiosk that day. I asked if there is a protocol for canceling appointments when this happens and she said no there isn’t. She said she would pass this information on to the district manager and have them follow up with me. To be continued…

Nice place, but they cancled my piercing appointment (wich i had booked weeks earlier) right as a walked in for it, twice. Anyways, it seems like a good place but they need to update their website or something.

It was a kiosk in the middle of the mall on the bottom. Nothing but their sign, no people no jewelry. You would think that with me making an appointment the website would have said they are CLOSED

I recently bought an item here (despite having a similar experience with faulty jewelry) and purchased the warranty. Less than two weeks later the piece fell apart. I went to Clackamas mall location and was told they wouldn’t accept it because I was missing the closure piece (which is why the piece is faulty). The policy is that they will take it as long as you have most of the pieces. The assistant manager was on vacation and the employee working couldn’t figure out how to process the warranty exchange. I was told to go to Washington Square like it is just down the street. So I waited a week or so to go back when the assistant manager was back. She insisted the issue had to be handled by corporate so I left and called corporate. Corporate said they couldn’t help and I had to return to the location. They offered to email the manager (who didn’t exist since I found out the manager position has been vacant for 5 months). So I returned to the store and was again told I had to deal with corporate. The assistant manager was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor when she offered me a cheaper (& uglier option). I declined and told her I’d take it up with corporate. I reached out again to corporate who again declined the opportunity to help and said they would reach out to the district manager. After a week of nothing I went to the Washington square location and was told the in store locations can’t exchange items due to warranty issues. This company doesn’t stock replacements parts and refuses to honor a warranty they sold with a product. The warranty covered the full price of the items value but they would only honor the sale price of the item. So know if you purchase the warranty it only cover the cost paid not the value so it’s useless. Corporate and the physical locations are completely at odds with each other and the customer experience is a nightmare.

Sterling is the one that helped me get my ears pierced! I have 2 piercings on both lobes so he took great care and made sure I didn’t get my 3rd set of piercings on my cartilage and informed me about it (greatly appreciated)! All around great and easy-going person to talk with! (Lakers in 6! @Sterling)
