Pioneer Place is a popular shopping mall located in downtown Portland’s business district. It offers a variety of shops, including high-end stores like Swarovski, Coach, and Gucci, as well as more affordable options such as H&M and Forever 21. The mall features a multiplex movie theater on the fourth floor and a small food court in the basement, with several dining options including Din Tai Fung, known for its excellent Taiwanese dumplings, and other eateries like Fuller's Burger Shack and Cane’s Chicken Fingers. There is also Punch Bowl Social Club on the third level. Visitors can enjoy window shopping for luxury items and exploring the retail stores, although some shops have closed, especially after the pandemic, leaving parts of the mall feeling empty or deserted. The mall remains a good spot for lunch and a movie, with a nearby station and easy access via the MAX transit system. Despite challenges faced during the pandemic, Pioneer Place continues to be a notable destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Portland.
I go to『 Made in Oregon 』sometimes. They have a great selection of local Oregon souvenirs, and they also sell Hydro Flasks, which are occasionally on sale.
