Always “closed for 10 minutes” for half an hour with multiple employees pointing at the forming line and laughing. Old dude that works mornings is seriously hostile and I will not go in if I see his vehicle parked there. Every time there’s a new cashier at this location that doesn’t hate their life/the world they don’t last long. I wish literally any other store operated on this corner. go to the Plaid off Powell/33rd instead for a slightly better experience (if it’s open…)

Every time I walk to this store its closed for “10 minutes” which is more like 20-30 minutes. It has been very inconvenient.

The man was very rude and was using profanity. The night before he was sleeping and people were grabbing things and walking out and he still didn't wake up. Also didn't ring up my candy bar just took my money, put it in the til and didn't give me my change.

This place consistently hires losers with bad attitudes about doing their job. Lazy daytime clerk needs an adjustment.

Clerk with shaved head was transphobic to my girlfriend and I. Don't shop here if you're queer.

I always feel like i get ripped off buying 1 drink from their selection which has too much variety. If i wanted to get a discount buying multiple drinks i would go to costco. Plaid P should sell more single items and be more convenient.

Used to be my favorite snack spot in the neighborhood but I won't be coming here anymore now that people are displaying swastikas where they're camping on the sidewalk......

Another location cashing in on the notorious can and bottle fraud. I've been to almost every store in the city over the past two years trying to get refunded for my bottle and cans and 9 out of 10 times the person behind the register will tell the same line ™we're full" yet if you wait around outside you will get to see them suddenly not be full for others. This location hit me with the full line and followed it up with a unless and looks over at the other gentleman just leaning against the counter. I would like to think it was an employee seeing as he was behind the counter but he had no name tag, company shirt, or urge to do anything other than mean mug customers as they gawk at his crutches and way he's dressed pondering if he's an employee or what his role is.. Whatever his purpose is it was made very clear as to why the plaid pantrys in SE were having problems with robbery's

Extremely rude. I was asked for my ID. I gave it. "Is that how you treat people?"-them "I'm sorry, what's wrong?"- me. "You throw it"-them. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean it in a rude way. I'm just giving you my ID"-me. Them *throws the key across the counter at me and frowns. What a jerk.

I go in at 12:15 am Saturday morning to buy some scratch off tickets and the cashier told me they stop selling tickets at 11pm. I asked him when because I came at 1:30 the other morning and bought tickets. I think he thought he was on east coast time. So I go purchase them a few blocks away. He said he’s been doing it since he started working for plaid about a year. Unless he was pretty much racist also

Is this a plaid pantry...? Yes, but it's the one I like to go to. There are other convenience stores in the area, but I find the employees here to be super friendly and the store is kept clean and organized. They have a parking lot, it is small, but hopefully you're just popping in and out so nobody's there for too long. Another reason I like shopping at plaid pantries in general is they do run deals on certain products that they get into the store so you'll find different chips or snacks and drinks on sale regularly so you can try new things. If you're in the area and need a convenience store this is a good one to check out.
