This Plaid is a great convenience and the staff are super friendly. But this store gets shoplifted a few times a day. Why is there always only 1 person in there??? That has to be a safety issue, it would be for me!!!

The plaid at 82nd and Duke has a night clerk by the name of Tali. I've been in the store before and he was burning incense and me with breathing problems I have commented that that incense make it a lot harder for me to breathe and he commented (ya you and 150 other people) I'm not to sure I'll be visiting this plaid pantry anymore.

Girl with white hair is incredibly rude, not friendly at all. Only nice to men. Man with glasses and long hair is incredibly rude and speaks to customers with such an attitude. No wonder they got robbed last night

It's a convenience store. They have my brand of tobacco, and the staff are nice.

Not open 24 hours. They won't hire enough people so they close randomly so the ONE employee can take a break, which they are absolutely legally required and deserving to have. Hire more people and stop being cheap.

I pretty much always like any Plaid I go to. This one's cool too.IDK who's reading these. Maybe I shouldn't say anything.Just be cool to everybody behind a counter, anywhere.

They're employees are constantly closing the door closing the store down there is a sign that says will be back today. I was there at 2:45. The door was closed chained up. I waited 25 minutes. Nobody came to open the door. This is not the first time I live around the corner I made my decision not going to shop there any longer because I wasted my time way too many times especially if you pull up around seven or six door is always closed how they're making money I have no idea how the management doesn't know something is not right because I live here for the past 25 years. This is my store that I always used to go to until now.

We just moved to the neighborhood. Our first time here this morning. We were a little short changed and the is a bucket on the counter that says thank you for your kindness so I reached in and pulled out 15 cents and set it with my change. The cashier watched me the whole time and as son as I put the change on the counter her looked at me and he rudly said NO and put the change back in the bucket and kept counting my change I brought in. So I looked at him and said we are not allowed to use the change and he rudely said no and kept counting. I stood their in complete shock at his behavior and service. My boyfriend asked him why we couldn't use the kindness change jar and my boyfriend picked it up and if you are standing on the cashiers side it doesn't say thank you for your kindness it says "tips". This guy's was absolutely rude and cold. Definitely does not need to be in customer service. It is 5 am and people stop their on the way to get their day started. No one needs deserves such ugliness and meaness to start their day. Good Riddance Plaid Pantry.
