Person name is "Mac" who says he is the manager is Racist and did discrinimation towards me. I was told he doesn;t have an Internet, cash only, I said okay. Then he demandedme to show him the cash. Doesn;t make a sense, right?!Unprofessional, unethical behavior from this employee, if you're not happy go to work somewhereelse.... He threatened me to call police on me, for what ????? I did file complaint with headquarter.

This is a good plaid to go to, access has changed over the years but the store itself doesn't seem to have changed much I was going to this store in the early 80's (1980's) and the entire neighborhood has taken on a whole new look since then but the plaid still remains.

Went in after a 10hr shift, looking to get an afterwork beer. Was met with, “I’m not comfortable selling alcohol.” Last time I checked, alcohol & tobacco are the main selling point of Plaid Pantry, along with snacks and such. Will not be returning, nor will I be, “comfortable” pumping your gas at Chevron.

Any convenience store that's not technically in Beaverton is better than any store that is.

DO NOT BUY DAIRY PRODUCTS HEREI bought a brand new half and half at this plaid pantry and the expiration tag said 5/12/22 but when I poured it in my coffee it separated immediately and there were lumps. Clearly when the shipment came it probably sat out for a really long time without refrigeration. Super gross.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. The guy was at the counter was being a racist. He didn’t want to see me a juice because he taught I was an Autozone worker .

Go somewhere where else they don't deserve your business. Don't care about their customers. That what person at the counter said to me.

Lots of convenient items but, whoever they got working there tonight on a Thursday is a bad choice. He is the most uncustomer service person I've ever met. He seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. I spent over $250 there tonight by the way.

Truly, I wish that I could give zero stars here. In all of my years of living, I've never felt so judged or discriminated by another human being. My 17 year old son and I stopped by the local Plaid Pantry to pick up some snacks. While I was there I figured I would pick up some cigarettes for myself and my mother. The gentleman at the counter asked my son for ID. I find it important to mention that he didn't ask me for ID. Since my son didn't have any ID on him, the clerk mentioned that he wouldn't be able to sell me any cigarettes. He proceeded to then state that if I wasn't "purchasing multiple brands, then it wouldn't be an issues". I asked the gentleman to take my mother's cigarettes back and he then said that he "couldn't sell me any cigarettes". The gentleman assumed that I would be purchasing cigarettes to give to my 17 year old son. Now I'm sure sure what kind of parents are out there, but really who is he to judge or predict what I'm going to do with the items that I purchase? Had my son been two years old, or five, or maybe even twelve years old, would you ask them for ID too? Where is the line drawn for them to ask a minor for identification?? Plaid Pantry reserves the right to sell you whatever they want based on the company that you keep. I'll take my business elsewhere. Also, no need for any negative comments about my decision to smoke. That's besides the point here.

1/21/21 7:40am, punk kid behind the counter (never put his cell phone down once mind you) wants to give lip to me when i asked him for a bag for my 4 drinks. gave an excuse about how most people dont want to pay thats why i wasnt asked. i informed him he made an assumption and that he failed to deliver proper customer service. i asked him when i left to ask me next time for a bag, that was my expectation and i made it known im walking away and he shakes head and shrugs and puts hands up in the air as if offended i had the decency to ask for proper service next visit... ifit werent for the glass and having already stepped out i would have beat him to a pulp terrible customer service and terrible person, no respect and no decency, im disgusted (wonder what his self righteous excuse will be to corporate.... Plaid wont do a thing to remedy this i can tell in this punk's "i dont care, try me, do it, thumbs up, whatever" attitude.) pathetic darby

The person with pink hair who works here is ridiculously kind and sweet. I've never had a problem here. Always quick, efficient, and clean experience. And pink haired (with glasses) person is soooo kind! I really can't express enough how nice they are.

This store is UNBELIEVABLE. It is very convenient to me and where I am going most days but I go way out of my way now to go to a different convenience store as I will never walk in here again. EVERY SINGLE time I go into this place I either get lectured on what I am purchasing or in some sort of argument with whoever is behind the counter. I don't know their hiring practices here but it is literally EVERY time and with just about every employee I have encountered. They are always rude the minute you walk in the door either sitting and talking the the person in front of you who is done with their purchase so you have to wait or judging you for what you buy or getting upset because you ask for something they don't carry, it always comes with some sort of rude look or lecture. Anyway, I am just steering clear from now one, The people at the next closest Plaid Pantry off Cornell and Bethany are always lovely, I will stick to that one!
