The store is appreciated for rarely having a line and usually having exactly what customers are looking for. However, the aisles are narrow, which can be challenging for wheelchair users. The location sometimes closes briefly very early in the morning for shift changes or restocking. While most experiences are positive, there have been rare instances where the store was temporarily closed longer than a posted sign indicated. Arrived at Plaid Pantry at 4:50ish notice the sign is on the door. Be back in 10 minutes it's now almost a hour minutes later

I love coming to this Plaid Pantry! Darrell is always super friendly and it’s a nice start to my late shifts when I stop for coffee and fruit snacks. I appreciate people who show passion in their work.
