Gotta love being turned away because the guy running the “24-hour” convenience store decided to vacuum?

Elise is literally my favorite, she is always helpful. She has amazing customer service and I have never had a bad experience. If raises are available, she definitely deserves one.

So far I've had nothing but positive experiences dealing with the gracious folks behind the counters of places like this despite effectively being on the front line. Portland is nuts but a few of us can be occasionally vulnerable enough to go see-though.

Not 24 hours. None of the PPs are anymore, so their existence seems largely pointless now—just go to the grocery store, I guess.

People should read right? The worker behind the cashier today at 410pm, June 6th doesn't know how to read. Doesn't know how to discount products when the sign at the product clearly differs with the POS price for the product. Doesn't know how to keep customers happy. If HR thinks this is ok, I'm not coming back ever again.

So I've learned that I need to check before I ride the distance, that they are open when it gets to be late evening. I have gotten there and had them closed for cleaning. I'm not talking 15 -30 mins, but actually closed from 2 A.M.- 5 A.M.!!!! I BELIEVE THIS IS EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK!!!

I have no idea the store on numerous days just before I start my work shift at 3 AM sometimes I go in afterwards at about 315 it is always closed. The employee is working has the doors locked at one time he came to the door and told me it’s gonna be about 20 minutes because he had to mop the floor. I wasn’t allowed to make any purchases don’t even go inside until he was done mopping. I don’t think that’s how you running efficient store if I sit in your customers away because you’re mopping

Store closed for cleaning until 330am. I waited from 3 to 350am in the snow. Looks like you've known about this issue for at least a year and have done nothing about it.Probably best if people just go elsewhere since you can't be counted on to be open when you advertise you are

The Staff have always been very kind and some even know me by name. They put up with quite a bit at time due to its location, but they still manage to maintain good work ethics.

3:10 went over, says closed for covid cleaning. Left. Returned again around 4:30am. Same sign still posted, waited outside door for 15 minutes. Finally left at 4:55am with not having seen a single person in there at any time on either trip. I would think that covid cleaning would mean sanitizing touch points (door handles, cooler doors, counter, beverage bar, etc) but apparently the cleaning must have all been in the back. After talking to a couple of others here in the neighborhood, this store is apparently notorious for being closed between 2:45-5am.Having cashiered, and later managing stores, I find this really unacceptable. Come Monday I'm going to end up contacting corporate because this isn't okay.

The clerk tried to tell at me for bringing my bike in and said no bikes in the store so I said to bad there's no way I'm leaving my bike outside where I can't lock it up and see it! She proclaimed that there's a place to lock it outside so when I looked it was approximately 40 feet from the door at the end of the parking lot and no lighting.
