Came to store on 9-30-23 at 4:50pm and the door was locked and sign on door saying be back in 10 min. Been waiting 18min. And still locked and lots of business has been turned away.

Worst customer service ever! 'DAISY" waited on me twice in the past few days and literally did not even make eye contact with me, much less any verbal acknowledgment whatsoever. Tonight, I walked out, and was so pissed off, I walked back in and asked her name. And she said, 'Why do you want it?' RED FLAG! Then she gave me her name and instead of reminding her 'this is why we stay in school, dear,' I simply walked out. I. couldn't. even. She was THAT offensive. I've been a regular customer at this store for almost a year now and the other clerks are great! Brandon and Christina always say hi and really take ownership of the store and the customer experience. This little gal can't even be bothered to wear a vest or name tag or anything and she's completely UNINTERESTED in working for Plaid Pantry on ANY LEVEL. WHAT'S WORSE? I reached out to the corporate office...crickets. Yeah - unless you want to hate yourself for buying beer and Twinkies more than you already do, go to Plaid Pantry on Lombard and let 'Daisy' really make you feel like shit.

Some dude flat out tried to extort me by accusing me of theft claiming it was caught in the camera and trying to get me to buy his items. Won't be stopping here again.

Live walking distance two employees that always seem to be on break. How are you closing the store for 10 minutes between 5 and 6pm?

Honest review- it's the same as every other plaid with is middle of the road. One clerk I see a lot is great, the other is so u comfortable it makes me want to never return. I'd usually give a four star. But I'm giving the one star because I think it's ridiculous y'all aren't open 24 hours like everywhere used to be. Every convenient store in Portland is silly for this recently.

Came in 8/14 at almost midnight for 1L diet Cokes. Had to drive all over the neighborhood to find them and this was the only place I could get them. The cashier was a pretty cool guy. I always love the real, relatable, no BS types who work at Plaid.

Your typical 24 hour convenience store...when the employees don't lock you out for 20 + minutes.

One of the cheaper places around and it's open late unlike everything else in the area, but they started closing at 230 AM

Closes at random in the middle of the day. No timeframe left on the door for when they will return.

McKenzie is absolutely most aggressive, Unprofessional, and violent store clerk I have ever had to encounter. That boy should not work in customer service.

Usually reliable except for when they decide to close for a break at 2am - not a good time to close shop considering it is the time the bars close and it is prime time to do business. I left after 20 mins of waiting. I had to find the next spot before they stop selling beer at 230

I was just cussed out repeatedly by an employee pumping my gas, he also stuck his hand inside my vehicle to flip me off. He then refused to give me his name and refused to pull the pump from my vehicle and made me do it. The plaid pantry on n. Marine drive and i5. The other employee told me his name was Jared.
