Very disappointed tonight I just left this location and I’ve never felt so rushed. Wanna be DJ was mumbling “why you gotta be so slow” I’m assuming he didn’t think I heard him so when I finished getting my things I told him “sorry didn’t mean to be so slow” he rang me up and went outside with a microphone so go and try to impress the females out there with another guy with there rap. Never have I ever experienced this at this location. They need new management and employees seems like they hire just everyone and anyone.

I only go here if there are no other options on Mcloughlin. Counter greeter is nice but is overwhelming about protecting the people on the curb outside that are sometimes volatile. Please don't lecture me about human rights when I'm just trying to quietly grab a soda to start my day.

Guy was on the phone and made customers wait for him to be done. Sounded personal as he talked about medical things and a girl he knows. He got mad when I laughed and called it “giggling” then told me I was “canceled” and can get out. I still don’t understand why he wasted my time.

Horrible manager, comes is yelling an cussing about god knows what. Is usually busier doing other things than working at the counter. Made complaints to plaid corporate office and they have defended her horrible business practices go elsewhere.

The manager of this place is incredibly unprofessional. I came in to buy breakfast, and you can hear her throughout the whole store cussing in front of customers and employees. The cashier apologized to me about her behavior, which he should not have to do. She's cussing about product being put in the wrong spot, or someone didn't sweep the floor correctly in the back. Complete overreactions, and makes me uncomfortable to come back. I feel bad for whoever has to work for her.

there's is a rude racist skinny punk man who brags about is BLACK BMW who works there who is always talking bad about customers and is so rude. refuses to give you his name when asked and threatens to call the police if you don't leave. he actually call me a white RICH B**** because I live in Lake oswego.

Place was run down, full of dirt in corners and plain nasty. Apparently they also fired an employee for fending off a robber with his pistol. If that's the case, this is a disgusting chain of stores.
