Had to go to 5 plaid pantries before I found one that was open between 2:30 and 3:00 in the morning. This one was and the guy working was great, but unfortunately had no answers as to why the other ones were all chained shut.

Come here on the regular. Last night bought a product with visible mold on it, was never given a receipt, went back tonight to exchange it and Cody working at the front wouldn't exchange it and said I would need to come back when the same guy I bought it from is working. Terrible customer service need employees trained better than that.

Clerk only wears a face shield, nobody seems to care about covid exposure. Would not recommend if you're trying to not get covid.

Almost always closed. 10 minutes sometimes is closer to 30 or you give I and leave. Not sure if they just don't have employees or what. Would avoid if you want to shop, find one that's open more often. If you like homeless passed out and some begging for money, you'll probably like the parking lot at least.Tried to go back, seems they are closed more than open.

Worst customer service at night ever. Guy named Todd kicking people out and screaming at them because he had just mopped the floor. He refused to sell me items even after the floor dried.

Most Plaids are fine, but this one has a new cashier who plays music too loud is WAY too slow. Every time he's working there's a line of 4 or 5 people. I never see lines when other cashiers are working. Even though this is the closest convenience store to my house, I drive by when I see he's working and goto the 711 a couple blocks down. Ten minutes to check out at a convenience store is too long. You might as well go to Safeway, they have a wider selection and is faster than going to this Plaid when the slow dude is working.

A very handy, friendly convenience store. They have a pretty good beer selection, a wide variety of munchies and usually at least one special a month that I can't resist, whether it's on chips or candy of some sort. The clerks are generally friendly, and as one reviewer said, often playing some good tunes. Can't beat the convenience when you don't want to go far for a late night snack! (There's also an Amazon locker for when you don't want to chance having that package containing presents stolen off your porch!)

One of my top three & closest plaids. Usually go for monthly specials on beer & munchies. nice folks working here, seldom crowded. Often when I'm here I also stop in at Otto's across the street.
