Outstanding service! I came to buy a 2005 CRV it was honestly one of the best buying experiences I have had! It was quick, smooth and I was happy when I left the lot. The car is in beautiful condition and exactly as it was described there was no surprises once I got there to see it. Also pricing is very fair. I would highly recommend buying from Alfa Motors. If I ever need another car I will be coming back for sure! Also I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I was looking for a car for a while and out of 8 dealerships that I contacted Tony was the only one to actually respond to all my questions. His honesty and hospitality when I flew in from California is unmatched. One of most honest and nicest dude you'll ever meet. He took care of me when he didn't have to and I appreciate that alot. As everything as described on website and over the phone was exactly as he said. He didn't try to hide anything and was straight up. He wasn't trying to push the car for me to buy or anything like that either. Him being truthful was big part of my reason to buy the car. I appreciate it again Tony. Buy with confidence.
Also got me a good deal on shipping the car back to California!

Had a great experience buying my car from here. They were honest and disclosed pieces of information that were helpful to learn about the car and any issues it might’ve had. Belt on the car was squeaky and he even provided an extra one to replace it. Great customer service and super easy buying process.

Following my exceptionally positive experience with Alfa Motors, I am compelled to share my feedback. Right from the outset, Tony delivered outstanding customer service. The vehicle precisely matched the description provided in the listing, if not exceeded it. Tony's honesty and direct approach were truly refreshing. The entire transaction was seamless and hassle-free. I needed to finalize a few matters with my bank, and Tony graciously allowed me to place a holding deposit for the weekend, promptly removing the car from the sale listing. It's evident that Tony upholds a high standard for the vehicles he offers, pricing them fairly compared to other dealerships. Tony is very nice person and honest also patient and very professional.
Luckily after a month dealing with insurance claims I purchase the Vehicle, after completed and clear purchase next day Tony arranged the transportation pick up, the following day the car was delivered at my house at my door in California, I'm was very impressed. How fast this process turned out.
After car delivered I notice was missing a rear passager floor Mat and also the cover of the battery, i reached out to Tony explaining and immediately Tony looked and found the missing item, the shipping box still on transit will be delivered soon. Thank you Tony.

Purchased a car from Alfa Motors and had the pleasure of working with Tony and his brother. I had a very good interaction with both of them, did not feel pressured into anything, and left with a great car. I understood that I was buying this car as is, and of course know that buying an older, used vehicle comes with risks. A small issue came up, I reached out to Tony and within a half hour he got back to me and helped in resolving the problem. I was pleasantly surprised, as now a days customer service can be hit or miss. Tony was kind and thoughtful, and I would be happy to do business with them again.
