Staff are always incredibly nice and attentive. They do a great job on dry cleaning and gave a great reco for alterations that I still use today for all my alteration needs. It's not the cheapest in town, but you pay for great service!

Good, reliable cleaners. The prices have gone up quite a bit - just to Steam a pair of casual pants was $7.50.

While they're great and reasonably priced, the owner is a little bit rude. I'm not all that appreciative of how he acted toward people, but I do appreciate the way they managed my clothing when I dropped it off.Service: Alterations

My wedding gown was in rough shape after our amazing big day! I walked across blacktop, into dirt, along the vineyards, needless to say it was quite dirty. I brought my gown (and reception dress, hello rolling around on the dance floor... fireball) into Kathy at Plaza Cleaners. I wanted to have it cleaned, but also preserved to be packed away. She gave me a quote and timeline, I left my precious gown in her care. Kathy called me to come see my gown before she packed it up, and honestly I was in shock! It looked like it did right out of the bridal store. She also completely cleaned my white reception dress. Mind blown. Cannot recommend Plaza Cleaners enough! Definitely will be my go to cleaners from now own. Bravo!

I have been a regular at Plaza Cleaners for many years. Kathy, Ryan and all of their team always go the extra mile to ensure orders are timely, perfectly clean and delivered with utmost covid safety (at no extra cost). Any time I give them an item with a questionable stain, they touch base in advance to confirm I still want the job completed. Plus, they are very friendly and professional. Plaza also do an excellent job with alterations, which I have sent over projects ranging from coat zipper replacements to pant hem alterations. Every time, it is perfect.

I really like the location as it is conveniently located a block away from me. I've been going there for 2 years, and I don't think I will go back. The staff is quite friendly, but every time I bring in items for alterations, I get hit afterwards with a bill that is way more than estimated or expected. They will also not call you to give you a heads up on exorbitant prices unless you specifically ask them to i.e 10$ to get a button sewn... I guess it's time for me to learn and get my own sewing kit. It's never consistent, although I am asking most of the time for the same type of alteration. I always leave this place very disappointed when I pick up my items. I've complained a couple of times and I am done with feeling like I am bothering them, will try another place.

Insanely high prices for repairs. These guys are charging as much as a surgeon to sow up pillows and blankets.

I was referred to Plaza Cleaners by a premier local clothing retailer. I was told a few details about what sets Plaza apart. In summary that is a fierce commitment to the highest quality workmanship, and to customer satisfaction. I have been amazed at their service. I took Plaza a garment that had been “cleaned” by another local establishment of high repute. It was very stained when I gave it to Kathy at Plaza. She was able to restore it to wearable status. The other cleaner told me it was beyond hope, after I paid them for two “cleanings.” I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

I lived one block away from this business for approximately 6 years. I was in my 20's so never purchased anything that had a "dry clean only" tag in it, because... c'mon. Once it goes in the washing machine it comes out all weird shaped.
Aside from that, I had been working in the Real Estate industry and found myself laid off 3 times in 3 years due to downsizing and general market crumble. In a time when unemployment gave only enough to barely make my mortgage payment leaving utilities, food, and gas on a credit card I couldn't afford... its was super refreshing to see a company like this (sign in the window ""If you are unemployed and need an outfit clean for an interview, we will clean it for free."). These are the kind of people you want in your neighborhood and your community.

Plaza cleaners is a very friendly neighborhood dry cleaners. While I don't know competitive pricing, if you live in the NW area, stop by here. They are probably most known for the sign out front that says "If you are unemployed and need an outfit clean for an interview, we will clean it for free." It is a very cool outreach, especially for an area that has such high unemployment. I will gladly bring my business here.
