Amie was awesome. Very patient and worked with me to tweak the arrangement. Delivery was on time as expected. This was a gift from out of state, so I won’t get to sample the cookies.

I wish I could give more stars! I called in my order very short notice and was met with nothing but kindness. Not only was the cake absolutely delicious and absolutely beautiful! They ran into an issue with sunflowers not getting delivered in time. Nothing they could have planned for but she reached out and helped me make sure I got a beautiful cake. She went the extra mile to make the cake was what I had envisioned. A while I waited in the coffee shop, the wonderful and sweet barista give me a coffee on the house while I waited.

I had a custom order for my boyfriend's birthday and Lynne was always available and very nice. She prepared everything perfectly and the delivery went without any problems. I ordered from Germany and highly recommend them! It looked amazing and was delicious.As soon as I am in Portland I will definitely stop by to thank her in person.Thanks again and best regards from Germany :)

A family member sent me a lovely gift from here and it was perfect! The sweet treats were super tasty, the coffee was delicious (and HOT when delivered!!) and flower were beautiful! What a fantastic idea. Highly recommended!!

The absolute best and fastest service I’ve ever received in a moments notice! I spoke with Lynn on Sept 7th at 5:18pm (they closed at 5:30pm) she was so patient and pleasant with me over the phone. Most people that has less than 15mins left to work will have rushed or never answered the phone. This was NOT the case.I explained to her that I reside in Illinois-my son who is stationed there in Portland with the military, turns 21 yrs old on Sept 8th which was the next day. She said no worries we will make it happen for you. Invited me to the online portal to place the order. The very next morning, I received a email confirming the order.My son had no idea that he was receiving an sweet surprise until it was delivered! He was so happy and felt closed to home when he received our special note that they included. I want to say THANK YOU LYNN for making our son 21st birthday a special one. He absolutely loved the STRAWBERRY CHAMPAGNE cake. He said OOOOO MOMMA THIS CAKE IS SOOOO GOOD!

Delicious cake! I called 2 hours ahead for a cake on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate- very appreciated! I ordered a strawberry champagne cake and it was so good! It was also convenient that you pick the cake up in the florist shop so I picked up some flowers as well for the party.

Super easy, efficient, and reliable bakery delivery service! A few out-of-state friends and I had a pie delivered to our friend in Portland after she had surgery. It meant a lot to us to be able to send her something to say we were thinking of her. It was very well-received! Thank you!

Thank you Portland Bakery! Due to the pandemic I was not able to be with a loved one for their birthday. I ordered the 7th heaven cake and they were able to deliver with 24 hours notice. Thank you, thank you. You guys are amazing. I got word that the cake was absolutely divine.

I live in Seattle and wanted to get a surprise birthday pie to my son. It was delivered the very next day with a pretty ribbon wrapped around the box and a lovely card. This place is terrific!

We were unable to come visit our daughter for her 25th birthday due to Corona-quarantine but still wanted to make her day special. Banana cake and flowers that we had picked were the perfect way to celebrate with her in spirit! Thank you Portland Bakery
