This place is horrible to deal with if you have your car towed, super expensive fees for towing and storage. Close to $700 for only having my truck for two days! But on the other hand, they also have great deals if you go to one of their auctions that is open to the public. Can pick up a nice little car or truck for basically pennies on the dollar.

Great job getting my non-drivable truck out of a tight spot. Fast, friendly, efficient, fair price. Did the paperwork for my insurance company. Hope I never need towing again but if I do, I will call Allam for sure. Thanks!

Excellent communication, customer service, price and overall experience. I was given multiple options for when the driver would head to my location, and he was here right on time. Hook up and drop off was very fast and I was notified with photos once my pickup was delivered. Definitely going to be my new go-to tow company after today.

The service was excellent. My tire exploded on I-84 and the tow-driver came very quickly and got me and my car off the side of the freeway fast. When we got to a tire shop, he waited for me to verify if the shop had space to take me or not. Ideally I won't need this service again, but if I ever need a tow again, I would hit this company up first.

Very happy with this company! They were able to make it to my location within half an hour of calling them and the tow service was very reasonably priced. Overall it was easy since my car didn’t have to be towed that far to the mechanic’s, but he was very nice and even called to let me know when he had dropped off the car. If I need my car towed again in the portland area, I would definitely call them first.Service: Car towing

We got stuck in Troutdale with our 36’ fleet wood motorhome and out of the 17 businesses we called, Portland City Towing were the only ones willing to help and they didn’t charge a ridiculous price, even on a Sunday. They were extremely fast, efficient, professional and affordable. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation. They made a 3 day nightmare come to an end and I will always be grateful to them for their help and professionalism.Service: Car towing
