Several months going to this gym. And though the two main coaches are great, it's financial contacts and policies and not a lot of humanness. End of the day, you're trapped into a financial agreement both on the way in and the way out. I put in my 4 weeks notice to leave and they insist on charging me for 5 weeks, though I've not gone at all for weeks in a row. Unethical, corporate, BS. It's not cheap, on average at least $200 a month, and they only want the money. I will be taking my business away from this money drain. Unless you have the expendable income and desire for this type of control I suggest you also find somewhere else.

I thoroughly enjoy the crew at fit body, from the staff to the members, everyone is beyond welcoming and supportive. The work outs fly by, are challenging, and modifiable if need be. I feel supported and plan to be a life long member.

I joined Portland Fit Body in May and I am so happy that I made the decision to do so. The team is so amazing, welcoming and non-judgmental. The workouts are always different and a short 40 minutes. The members are all so welcoming and it really feels like a family. Thank you to everyone.

I have been going to Fit Body Boot Camp for just over a year and I’ve never felt better. I’ve lost weight and am more fit than ever. The best part is I find it easy to go. The workouts are challenging and go fast. You follow their routine so don’t have to make any decisions on what to do. People are friendly , it’s a really great gym.

I’ve been a part of the PDX Fit Body community for over a year and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them! The owner, coaches and members are all so welcoming and accepting of everyone and accommodating at whatever fitness level you’re at! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fitness community!

Great safe place to workout. Staff is very attentive and helps you stay on track. I feel like I can always get a quick response if I have any questions. I definitely recommend this program especially if you are starting out.

This is perfect for weeknights for busy people ( and parents!). When you have a 40 minute workout, plus dinner, plus tutoring/lessons for kids in the evening - this is a sustainable do-able workout that keep you healthy! Just what I needed!

I give this organization however many stars possible! I've been coming to this Fit Body Boot Camp for some years now, and I think it has probably saved my life. Certainly it has improved my life both physically and mentally. Coaches are dedicated and enthusiastic, workouts are designed to be both flexible and challenging, and the community feeling is unique in my experience of gyms and programs like this. When I developed knee problems and had to revise what I was doing, I could modify and had the support and experience of the coaches to help me. My PT started saying, well, if you don't see yourself doing these (PT) exercises at home, let's build it into what you do at the gym!And that has continued to work, and make it possible for me to do all the other things I want to do too.

Love the work out environment! The coaches are friendly, motivating, and make the workout fun. I go multiple times a week and feel stronger than I’ve ever been.

I love Fit Body Boot Camp. I am generally really bad about gyms and gym memberships but I've been a member at FBBC for almost a year and have leveled up to 5-6 mornings a week! My favorite thing is how fun and encouraging the coaches are and my second favorite thing is that it's a workout in 40 minutes and I'm done for the day! I am definitely feeling stronger. It's a welcoming, inclusive space for all body types and all fitness levels and I encourage everyone to give it a try.

Fit Body Boot Camp is more than a gym, it’s a community. It’s welcoming and supportive. The coaches are fantastic and, in addition to running great workouts with modifications for all levels, are full of great information and tips on nutrition. I have been a member for several years and am so grateful for the many ways Fit Body has helped me. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Fit Body for about a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences!The coaches are all seriously kind, caring, supportive and attentive. During each workout they come by to either, correct your posture, tell you you can up the weight or drop the weight if your form is suffering, and also to offer encouraging and motivating words.I love the supportive environment that the coaches and everyone who attends the classes, creates.The variety of workouts is really fun. There is definitely repetition of moves, which I love, but they are always varied in a way that keeps it interesting and not at all repetitive and boring .There are also ways to scale up or down each move to meet you at your fitness level. I keep thinking the workouts will feel easier at some point, but you just keep scaling it up, pushing yourself each time so you are always sweating at the end of a workout.The nutrition support and Styku Scans offered are also a great way to see your personal progress and to keep you on track to meet your fitness goals.
