Andy Key helped me with an issue of PCI compliance by creatively reconfiguring traffic of a networked device so that we could pass our compliance scan. PCI Compliance is a huge ordeal and without his creative thinking we could have lost many hours of labor and have been no closer to a solution. ROCKSTAR status goes to Mr. Key! Thanks guys!I worked with Marshall yesterday on a support ticket and we got into a discussion about the dreaded ransomware topic. He excitedly explained the technology PDX uses to thwart such disasters for their customers and I really appreciated the in depth and enthusiastic breakdown. PDX is invested in their clients' peace of mind.

Jason and his various assistants here at the Commons and Laura in the office leading our project were all fantastic to work with! Even though there were 'supply chain issues' and one piece of equipment mis-ordered, we are pleased with the final result.
