It's a fun event with some interesting vendors and some predictable vendors (candles, lotions, and jewelry). I found a coffee liqueur of my dreams and a few cards to send just in time for birthdays. I enjoy myself here and can always find something to amuse myself and my friends. The food and drinks are wonderful and the vibes are mostly great. It's an event that feels vibrant and different from most Saturday markets. I think the quirky warehouse is part of the charm.

Loud music, great food trucks, small private vendors, served alcohol. Come here before dinner.

Love this family friendly event! Perfect time for something to do on the lunar new year this weekend and a perfect precursor to the light festival currently going on. Tons of vendors although they're mostly Portland prices. The bars aren't badly priced for an event and the music is bumpin'. The ticket price isn't terrible but for an event you walk into to spend money, well let's just say I'm glad the light festival is free so I can justify going to both. It's a two hour drive for me to Portland, without both I wouldn't be here, but if you're local? Or pairing it with the light festival? Totally worth it. I love the area of Portland too. It's in that stage of just starting to gentrify so go experience it while it's still awesome before the yuppies ruin it. The building is so much fun, but it gets packed. I like that feel, if you need wide open spaces, stick to the food truck area. Parking is best early and everyone seems friendly. Will be back.

So fun! At first I was hesitant to go because I thought it would be your typical market findings, far from it! Lots of beautiful stands with unique products. The music and food was really enjoyable!

This place is everything you want it to be. Rad, vibrant, exciting, cool, etc., etc., etc.. Took my family - including kids - for the holiday market and it was such a fun outing. The building itself is such a perfect showcasing for the insanely talented people that occupy the city. Absolute perfection.

I've been to Farmers Markets, but this was my first time going to a night market, and we had lots of fun. We got there around 9pm, and there was a long line to get in, but it moved pretty quickly. We got a cocktail right when we got in, then explored the food in the outdoor area. Got some food, petted an alpaca, and enjoyed the music. Then we went indoors to explore all the shops, and bought some stuff. We had a good time, and I would definitely come to one of these again.

Exciting, colorful, urban vibe, great crafts and art to see and buy, excellent food. Party goats were there and we could hug baby goats. Great hip-hop playlist had people in a festive mood. It was packed with all sorts of people, mostly under 30.

We are from out of state and was told this night maket was a must. Overhyped!! I was shocked at just how many people there were in comparison to vendors. Not good for little ones. Took forever to find parking and arrived a little after opening on a Saturday. We were elbow to elbow throughout the market. We left around 8:30pm and the line was down the block and around the corner! Not sure how they'd fit in or if occupancy limits are being adhered to. Inside the building with the vendors was also crazy hot. They need better circulation. Food was mediocre for the cost. I recommend going elsewhere.

I haven't been since before the pandemic and was excited to go back. It could have been good but the music was so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk. I felt sorry for the vendors. We had to scream at them. We ended up bailing because it wasn't pleasant. I could see having loud music outside or something but inside when you are trying to ask artists who pay over $400 per table about their art and they can't hear you is ridiculous. We ended up going to the surrounding shops and galleries that ere open and supporting them.

Very overcrowded with small amount of vendors. You would be way better off going to the Saturday market instead.Vendor area is not that big with a limited selection of vendors. Food offerings were minimal as well.Been to other night markets, with Richmond being the largest outside of Asia. And I’m not comparing it to Richmond. I just have to say that This is one of those things that most people won’t be back visiting.

The Portland night market was an amazing event ! There were dozens of vendors and food trucks . The dj was killer and all the small business owners were delightful . The drinks were on the pricier side but delicious nonetheless . We arrived at 5 and there was no line but beware by 7 pm the line starts to get busy and crowded . Its such an awesome choice if you're looking for Portland nightlife but still love the outdoors . Round of applause for the organizers , this was an incredibly memorable evening ! What we got : - Jalapeño and cheese pupusa's - $8 each - Hummus and pita bread - $6 - Mango Pineapple aqua Fresca - $4 - Blueberry mint lemonade - $4 - Passionfruit guava margarita - $11

I love this Night Market! My kid and her friends brought me here recently, saying it's only held a few times a year. It was a hot, summery evening when we visited (July 8), and despite having tons of parking in the area, not a spot was to be found! It was so busy, we drove around for a long, long time, looking for a parking spot. (My kid says that it's usually way easier to find a spot). Finally, after parking, we joined the line to get in. And it snaked around the block. Again, my kid and her friends said that they've never seen the line this long, ever. So I know that we visited on an unusually busy evening. The line at least did keep moving. And the folks at the door checked everyone's ID to ensure that no minors gained entry. We all got an admission bracelet to enter (note: there was no admission fee. But you needed a bracelet to get in, assuring employees that your ID was checked). It was bustling inside the warehouse venue. Tons of people. A bit difficult to navigate the throngs but not impossible. I was impressed with the huge amount of vendors and artisans selling their wares, and the sheer variety of things available: candles and lotions, jewelry, stickers greeting cards, clothing, textiles, hair accessories, posters and artwork, pet stuff, kid stuff, baby stuff.... lots of stuff. Some were kitschy but others, not. The two greeting card vendors I saw were fabulous and the artwork and/or messages on these cards were original and twisted and I loved them! (I got a lot of cards!). There was a lovely Israeli jewelry maker there, and a few other artsy jewelry makers whose designs and materials were quite impressive (not cheap, mind you, but beautiful designs and real gemstones and/or gold and silver). There was plenty of quality artisanal works to be found. I was in the market to find some gourmet Portland chocolate to bring home as a gift for a neighbor, but surprisingly, there were no chocolatiers at the market when we visited. We ventured up the stairs to investigate what was located on the upper level. There were some cool, smaller, dim winery/brewery rooms, a craft room to make your own stickers and temporary tattoos (!), an area to take selfies and photos, and other strange/funky nooks and niches. (Note: to gain access to these areas, there are narrow wooden staircases in various areas. If one is mobility-challenged, not sure you can get to the upper levels. I did not see any elevator access - although, to be fair, I might have just missed it. If you have mobility issues, I would definitely call before going to find out the details). Upon exiting the warehouse, there is a HUMONGOUS outdoor area, still fenced in, where all the food and beverage trucks are located. There were flashing lights, lit-up balloons, a loud DJ, and pulsating music. Like a real block party going on. That's what it felt like: like a block party. Oh to be in my 20's again! I could see everyone was having a wonderful time, some were dancing, everyone eating and drinking. Clearly a younger crowd (well, younger than me, anyhow! lol. The vast majority of people were in their 20's and 30's). Very crowded and clearly a popular place to be. Fun! (Note: I see other reviewers mention the presence of baby goats. There were NO baby goats or ANY animals there when we visited. Bummer! So don't assume you'll see cute farm animals if and when you visit; they're not always there. FYI).

A must go experience. Great venue that blends the night life vibe with a market of local vendors selling amazing hand made and small business goods. The food though is next level. The music is inside and out, with a small dance area in front of the DJ. If you love music as much as I do you will find yourself dancing your way between the merchants, through the indoor bars and out to get some delicious eats and maybe hold a baby goat. It was an experience. I'll be back for every night market in the future. The movie theater in the bar behind the wine venue on the second floor was something I didn't spend enough time really to enjoy. It's a cool date night idea though, for those that don't necessarily enjoy the loud music and crowds, head up to the movie room and enjoy a cute spot. The second floor above the west side has a few cool hang out spots, some selfy/group photo moments and of course a super cute bar tucked in the corner. It's rare to find a market with so many intimate settings as well as great community moments.
