I called to see what the process was to get a few Christmas presents for my 3 kids, and I was hung up on, agywr being told the line is closed. HOW RUDE!!!! I normally don't leave reviews but I am appalled at the treatment.

Made it really easy to be able to call and drop off and donate children’s items without needing an appointment or specifications on items being dropped off.They find people in need to give them to you which is also the plus!!

i want to say thank you so much to all the people who donated and made this happen for familes, you guys gave me a box for my 2 children i couldnt give a christmas to due to my job loss and i cried when i saw the gifts for my children. staff was friendly including the fire department my son wanted to talk to a fireman he sat down and took the time to chat with him. thank you all
