I had to ship a wedding dress and the staff was soooo kind and helpful!! I believe the lady at the front desk’s name was Tracy, but she was very patient and wonderful to work with. Will definitely be coming back!

You advertise that you ship for USPS. You do not ship all packages as you can’t print all labels for a reason that was not explained. A wasted trip.

I stopped by to send a package to my mama for her birthday. I get pretty nervous as I'm unsure if I'm making extra work for the workers not being so prepared, but Claudia made it absolutely easy and was incredibly patient with me. She made sure the jelly's I was sending would be secure and safe. Wonderful smile too that helped me feel welcome! Would recommend to anyone!

I drove out here from downtown to ship some international packages. Totally worth the drive. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, detailed, and helped me step by step in preparing my shipment including looking up all the classification numbers. Basically it's the opposite service of the typical US Post Office.They ship US Postal, FedEx, UPS and DHL so you can choose service level and associated cost.

i’m a “zillennial” who doesn’t mail things often, but this family owned postal service store had everything i needed and the best customer service on top of it! certainly beats the long lines and stress of trying to mail anything from a usps ? this will be my go to for any future shipments!

The people who work at Postal Works off 185th are without question the loveliest group of postal-type workers in the universe! They look for the cheapest option available for you without being asked, explain the differences, and then do what you request efficiently and with an awesome attitude. They are just genuinely helpful and seem to care about your experience there. I haven't been anywhere else in several years unless it's absolutely necessary for an Amazon return. The line always moves right along, and they are just friendly, pleasant people. HIGHLY recommend. Don't bother going anywhere else--you'll end up irate and ripped off. You will always leave Postal Works with a smile on your face. Oh--their greeting card selection rocks, too!
