I drove out here from downtown to ship some international packages. Totally worth the drive. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, detailed, and helped me step by step in preparing my shipment including looking up all the classification numbers. Basically it's the opposite service of the typical US Post Office.They ship US Postal, FedEx, UPS and DHL so you can choose service level and associated cost.

i’m a “zillennial” who doesn’t mail things often, but this family owned postal service store had everything i needed and the best customer service on top of it! certainly beats the long lines and stress of trying to mail anything from a usps ? this will be my go to for any future shipments!

For decades now, they’re the best: Friendly, competent, and more than happy to jump into a quick pic by a customer providing evidence that he dropped off his wife’s package. That kind of made my day. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

8/2023 update: Tracy copied large bundles of documents and magically got them to fit into small-ish pre-stamped envelopes. She was fast, friendly, and very capable.7/2023: Claudia was wonderful. She copied 4 bundles of documents, helped me keep everything in order, then sealed and taped the large mailer shut in preparation for mailing. The copier machine was incredibly fast, and the copies were only 10 cents each. This is definitely my new go to place for copying. They also have a cute gift section in the front of the store.

In a world where everything is about speed, it's such a welcome sight to see people who are still dedicated to taking the time to help you with their expertise. I stopped by on a weekday morning with some fragile items. Shipping can be tricky because you don't always have standard mailing sizes at home, but the team here was so awesome in helping me measure, pack, and choose a shipping option that was economical and made sense. I'll admit that I like the USPS's pick up feature at my door, but this was well worth it! Great price and friendly people. Definitely recommend stopping by for all your shipping needs -- whether it be UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. Oh and, if you're looking for stationary or small gifts they have those too! I also noticed they sell coffee :)

Even though they are friendly people and local business, its a shame that they exorbitantly overcharge for shipping. Had a return which should have been $17-20 UPS ground, ended up being charged $35. I can understand adding a certain amount as fee but doubling the price?? This is price gouging. Wish I had checked out the negative reviews first, I would have avoided this place.

Honestly I’ve never been to a shipping place that is more helpful. Recently I dropped off a package and forgot an important note that was to be written on the outside. I called, they dug up the package and marked it up (saving me a ton of stress!).That’s just one of many instances where they go above and beyond to help.They’ll compare shipping costs on various carriers, help you package, deal with you with patience and kindness AND everything always gets where’s it’s supposed to go.Really fantastic crew. 5 stars easily.

Friendly staff, give you a receipt when you drop off pre paid parcel and take it from you instead of like place next to my house you drop it of in a bin and walk away with no proof. I would use them again

I've used them quite a bit - they always are friendly and welcoming. HOWEVER buyer beware -- I tried to mail USPS priority express international mail FLAT RATE. It was quoted as $70.95 online. When I went in to Postal Works, they quoted me $114. A price differential of $43!!! I took my letter back and went to the USPS post office and mailed it off for $70.95 - exactly as posted. I understand they have to mark everything up as a business, but $43 for something that is 'flat rate'??!
