I mailed a small box at this store on December 20th. I was “helped” by a tall skinny man with gray hair whose name was Scott, according to the receipt.Scott was incredibly rude and dismissive right from the start. First he claimed he couldn't hear me properly when I spelled my last name for him. Then he got mad at me for speaking too loudly when I spelled my name for him again. Then he was condescendingly obnoxious when I misread something on the screen about how much it would cost to mail the box. The whole time, he seemed very annoyed at having to deal with me.I have never before experienced such abusive behavior when attempting to conduct a simple retail transaction. Whoever owns this store should fire Scott ASAP.I will avoid this store in the future.

I've gone here twice in the last month to ship packages and use the notary service. Both times the staff member was helpful and friendly. I needed to go there again today and wanted to double check the hours and was so surprised to see the negative reviews?!?

Convient and easy to drop off packages for USPS on the weekend when their post offices are closed and their blue boxes only take small, flat envelopes. The old guy at the counter isn't the friendliest though, on the phone or in person.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. Unfortunately over the past year the customer service has gotten so bad I will not be able to go back again. The service is so slow even when you are the only customer and the Manger has become so rude.

I found the elderly man employee behind the counter to be very dismissive and rude. I watched how he spoke to a customer before me who was dealing with a lot of legal documents. The employee asked him, "what do you need now?" He seemed very annoyed for some reason. When I asked him which size FedEx envelope would I need for the item I was holding in my hand, he said he didn't understand my question. I repeated myself slowly and explained it was an international mailing and that I wasn't familiar with FedEx. Again, he gave me a very annoyed look and threw his hands up and turned his back to me. I was so shocked that I simply walked out. No one should work in retail who talks to people this way. I will NEVER return to this store.

I got yelled at for brining in USPS packages. I was going to buy some supplies while I was there to support the business like I usually do but after getting yelled at I just left. Yelling at your customers is no way to make money. I’ll find somewhere else to ship from now on.

Postal Annex was listed as a DHL express partner. Owner was very rude, did not know the proper procedure for processing a DHL printed label return. When asked to please cover up the barcodes from the label on the original packaging of the item that I was returning, he said oh no, that's not necessary. When I countered and told him that the return instructions from the seller were to cover up and remove all old labels on packaging, he fought me on it. I asked if I could borrow his tape dispenser and take care of it myself and he refused. When he tried to scan my item, it didn't work properly because a pre-printed label from DHL is not scannable at the point of service for DHL partners-. I found this out when I called DHL.The man also refused to tape down fully the clear plastic window that holds the pre-printed label. I asked him if that was normal procedure and he just said no it doesn't need to be taped. I then said to him look, I don't know if this is going to survive international travel not being taped down, are you familiar with this yes or no? He just said I'm not taping it.I asked him if he was familiar with the returns process for DHL pre-printed labels and he barked at me. Oh, I've done this for all these years. I know this better than you. I said to him, sir kindly return the package to me. I will take it somewhere else, and he literally threw it at me.This location was listed as the closest to me. So I took a prepaid DHL label for a return to drop off to DHL. I would not recommend this place for a couple of reasons, in addition to the rudeness of the owner and the tall man behind the counter. I don't believe he really knows what he's talking about, and I fear that he may have some memory impairment which could affect his ability to do business. Additionally there are other reviews with less than 3 stars, which might indicate that my experience was not isolated one.I recommend that every once to clear of this business. He needs to learn that the way he talks to customers will impact his pocketbook.

Could be friendlier but not everyone likes customer service. It's a cute store with lots of products.

Arrogant and quasi-competent staff. He was unkind at checkout and proceeded to send package to wrong destination (shipping carrier confirmed that he was the responsible party).

Convenient, but expensive. 35% surcharge for USPS shipping rates and just as bad with UPS.

Over the past year and a half, I have given this guy three opportunities to provide quality customer service and was disappointed three times.Granted, the first two times I may have put him on his heels being that I was sending to an anonymous gift exchange, but I was always polite and thankful despite what I had to deal with.This final time he was rude and even got smart when I said the abbreviation of court and said quote “I’ve owned this place for XX years, I think I know the abbreviation for court”All in all this senior citizen has the hardest time on the computer, single finger punching every entry, was rude and entitled at every encounter and there is a perfectly fine UPS store less than 2 minutes away.Save yourself the time and let this old man retire like it seems like he wants to.

Came to print a single page, price was multiple dollars for a poor quality black and white print. On top of that, the dude had the audacity to charge me an hour's worth of labor for his 5 seconds of clicking print because that's the "smallest increment"

Customer service is terrible... the old man with the white hair acts like you are annoying him for coming in.. never going back wouldn't recommend to anyone until hes fired or pulled the stick out his bottom...
