What a great place!!!! The people are wonderful, they have sooo much amazing stationary that is beautifully organized, they have the cutest mailing supplies, their long list of services is very impressive, great hours, great parking, they keep your info if you want ao mailing is faster next time. SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE!

I live down the street from postal annex and have been using them for years! Always super helpful, kind people and can get you something printed and shipped in a jiff! I've utilized shipping, printing and notary services here and all have been wonderful.

Go here for your passport photos. They not only took the photo but reviewed my forms and payment for me and made sure that it was being sent to the right place and the expedited nature was marked on the envelope. A really lovely service!

Dishonest pricing, as others have said. Charged $18.50 for the $10.60 USPS shipping fee on the Flat Rate Padded Envelope used.. that is a 74.5% upcharge. This is gross, deceptive behavior.
PostalAnnex could be transparent and tell customers "this is the USPS cost to ship and this is our service charge, would you like to continue?". Or even put this information on the receipt for your records, but they do not. Friendly service that relies on customer ignorance. Will travel a bit farther to deal with USPS, UPS, FedEx directly.

This location is the kindest, most helpful place for a millennial to get her postal needs taken care of. Every time I need to mail or ship something, I get nervous because I never know what I’m doing. The employees are always so patient and helpful, assisting with every step with a smile. With little to no line, I’m in and out in five minutes every time. Great service!

Why would anyone go anywhere else when they can just go to a postal annex?? The people here are invested in helping you simply because they are nice people. Never going to USPS again if I can avoid it. And open on Saturday, HALLELUJAH!

Trisha, the owner, and her staff are AMAZING!! I have had a mail box there for a good number of years now. Always so friendly and helpful!! BUT the most remarkable thing they do is get your copy order right!! Every month I teach a class and drop off my materials with them to pick up the next day. They take such good care of me and my order is always on point!! So on point I have found myself putting my packets together the morning of class because I am so confident that my copy order has been done right!! With no exception, this has been the case for at least 5 years (maybe even more....)!! THANKS to everyone at Postal Annex Macadam Avenue, you are the BEST!!!!
