The owner and his wife are very friendly and super helpful I was a sending request for my birth certificate ,wich they even helped me make sure it was filled out correctly. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs and they are also a public notary. Thank you guys so much

Excellent customer service. The lady helped we to convert from words document to PDF profiles in orders for the files to print out a very important documents. She very polite and professional. I am very happy with the service here and at this Postal Annex and I will definitely come back.

This is the best Postal Annex store in Portland. Store very clean. Good parking space and a couple employée work here very polite and kindness' I dont know why People give 1 star review. That take it very personakl. I highly reccomend to any body.

I am a return customer, store owner and staff always nice, professional friendly and knowledgeable. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Postal Annex reviews anything other than excellent or good reviews would have to be a personal problem from customers own problem. This is my professional opinion as a retired Auto executive of 30 years.

Тhis shipping company does NOT offer notary or passport photo services like they advertise — they only do shipping.
They are NOT friendly, NOT professional, and definitely NOT efficient. The staff were mean and angry.
When I told them they should update and correct the services listed on Google, the man got mad and started yelling at me. Then he even ran outside and started taking photos of my car. That felt very suspicious and uncomfortable — you never know what people like that are thinking.
I do not recommend this place at all.

Duke is the best notary in Portland. He helped me make all my items very professional, and he was so kind and caring throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him and will return for all my notary needs!!

Needed to get a dmv form notarized, due to my mother passing away. A coworker told me this place offered the service, so I checked it. The guy that actually does the notary service was extremely rude. And seemed annoyed since the beginning with the way he spoke to me. He also said I was missing a bunch of documents and denied the service. He had an attitude for no reason, during the whole time we spoke. Before leaving he said “you do not come back with more question or no missing documents” which is a very poor customer service. He said he had done this for 25 years but seems to not know what he’s doing. Because I got the service done at a different place the very next day and had absolutely no problem getting the form notarized, told them what the guy said and their answer was “that is nonsense”

This is a review for notary services only.
I will not return here for notary services.
Poor customer service.
Person assisting me was clearly annoyed.
Was denied a notarization and was told I needed several more documents for review.
The so called needed list of items were not clearly explained.
Went to another notary and got notarized with no issue or additional documents.
Do not recommend for notary services.
