Lynn Hammond, the Manager of Design Services , is amazing ! If you are looking for great design help and fabulous products, Lynn Hammond is the best person I have had to help me . I am furnishing a rental apartment in Portland and we got it done on budget and with fabulous pieces ! She just has a great eye and was able to combine some Pieces that I bought off the floor and found some additional pieces online. Lynn got creative and the apartment just turned out great . đ Could not have done it without her .

Wish I could give this place a negative star review!! me and my cousins went in to look around and felt discriminated.. we are all people of color and showed nothing but respect when we walked in just browsing and kept getting harassed with questions if we needed help. we declined so many times and then had a lady follow us all over the store. felt so uncomfortable there. would not recommend this place

Very attentive staff that is willing to go the extra step to make your experience feel unique. The fact that the store looks like the catalog is very enjoyable. If you start smelling the candles you will buy one!

It was my first time inside of a Pottery Barn. It was Aesthetically pleasing everywhere I looked, there were nooks and crannies of places that looked like a bedroom, a dining room, or a living room. This is helpful if you are designing an area, it gives you lots of ideas as to what sort of design you're looking for. I will say there was no customer service. I was just looking around the whole time and nobody came up to me and asked if I needed help or anything. Which is sort of nice, but when you need help knowing the specific price of an item there is no one around. It's a nice place to check out and see if you can find anything that catches your eye.

Iâve been considering buying a high-end couch in this store, I had been waiting for my bonus to make the final decision.Itâs not even a cheap couch. Itâs a $4200 leather sofa. as I walked in this afternoon, I had a sealed cup of tea with a straw through it, it was too sugary, so I asked the lady behind the counter If she would dispose of it, she looked at me and said, why was I disposing a nearly full drink and I replied, they had a added too much sugar, she then said I would have to go outside dump the drink out, then return to her, only then would the middle aged white lady with the glasses be willing to dispose of the cup.I took her advice, went out and dumped the tea out in a planter, and decided after how I had been treated that I wasnât going to give them my business.I was going to order matching chairs so the store lost over 10k today.Good job lady.

I was in there today , they say they were short of staff this Saturday after I waited upstairs 25 min . to purchase , had to go downstairs to purchase , asked the register lady where I can find the light colored frame that had on display , she pointed over to the frames in the next room , said that it was just wood and lighting caused it to be different, I assured her that wasn't there , she then insisted it was , I knew it wasn't but went to go get it to prove that it wasn't , I was correct it was completely different , she never engaged or apologized and wouldn't help me , I was very complacent, not confrontational at all , after that i complained to another employee and really , he gave me a half hearted apology, I have didn't thousands of follies there but there service has gone down hill and it's consistently bad ! If this review let me I wouldn't give any stars !

Gotta love the irony of this store keeping their giant doors wide open during a heatwave, air conditioning on full blast, with their ridiculous green-washing advertisements in the windows. But I guess theyâve got the Basic strip-mall home furnishings market cornered with the demise of Bed, Bath and Beyond ?

Attempted on three occasions to work with someone, ANYONE at this store to no avail. Had an initial virtual home design consult but the employee left and forgot to assign me to someone when she left. I then called to schedule an in home consult and they said our hosue was too far however Crate and Barrel had no problem coming out to our home. I was then told they could do a virtual consult and that someone would reach out to me. Wendy didnât send the email until 20 minutes before the virtual appointment. Thought they totally forgot about me. I then went into the store and met with Kristina who at first appeared helpful. She was all excited and said she would send me some design ideas and a list of things we wanted. She failed to tell me she was going on vacation but said she would reach out when she returned. Itâs been two weeks and we still havenât heard from her. Iâm not going to beg anyone to take our money and make a sale. If you canât provide a service then donât waste peoples time
