they shipped my order through some UPS/USPS high bred shipping system. The tracking number they provided redirects you to a site that doesn't exist. manually entering the number in the UPS site gets you the message that gives you this approximate message... "We can not tell when your package will arrive, but we estimate four days ago." they shipped my books on the 13th of October, as of the 23rd they still haven't arrived. the good news is that they now estimate that they will arrive five days ago. It would've been faster to write my own books.

It is the best. They have my books proudly displayed, and that makes me happy to see. Go there just to browse, find rare literary gems, savor great poets, all over wonderful coffee and pastries. It is greatly reassuring that Powells is there.

parking is free with a purchase. But no elevator. So if your selling books or buying a large amount of them, be sure to talk to the parking attendent and ask them to leave yourbooks by his office. Theyre very pleasent and informative at this location unlike beaverton Powells. only reason for four stars is parking.

While I love Powell's books, this is not one of their retail locations. This address is their distribution warehouse and some offices; it's not open to the public. If you're looking for the City of Books, flagship, Powell's store, it's the one on Burnside and 10th.
