Worst customer service. We moved into a house a little over 2 years ago that has a Kohler generator installed by them. It started having issues after about a year. We have called them several times over the past 8 or 9 months to ask if they could send a technician out to help us. They claimed to have put us on a list for techs in their Eugene area, and when they have more demand for service calls in our area (Roseburg), they’ll send someone out. We are almost to the year mark and they still have not bothered. It's the same story every time we call. It’s not that long of a drive. If we need to replace it, I will certainly look for a reliable company. Unbelievable.

Had a nice experience with one of the companies drivers. He thought it would be nice to run us off the road on highway 101 when his lane ended the license plate number T599684 I know I will never recommend this company to any one and I will never use this company. If I can’t trust you on the road. I won’t trust you with my electrical systems.
