Was told and shown the repair on my horn that was done. I felt they were honest and gave me information before they proceeded with the work that was done! They got my horn fixed by the end of the day like they promised!

Great shop! Able to look at my car the next morning after I called, quickly addressed the issue I was having and didn't try to push a bunch of things they could upsell me on that I didn't really need. 5/5 would recommend.

The father/son duo are the best kind of mechanics - informative, non-salesy and honest. I have an Audi Q3 and have been going to Precision Motor Car for a few years. Not once have they tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Instead they keep me educated on what I need to watch for, like monitoring my timing chain. I hope you take your VW/Audi/Subaru here, you will be very happy that you did.

Took my A4 for a timing chain job here. They didn't try and up sell me, and we're very honest about what I needed. The work was done a day earlier than expected and with great quality. They even let me talk their ear off about my car for 30 minutes while they were doing the job. Highly recommend.

Trevor took the time to walk me through some fixes my dealer wanted me to do (to the tune of about $2,500!). Trevor took 10 minutes out of his day to talk me through the context and offered to take a quick look to confirm if the fixes were or weren't needed. I really appreciate the transparency and honesty and he saved me thousands of dollars in repairs I didn't need. Thank you, Trevor!

Been with Darell from his start. With 3 vanagons, 3 Audis and 2 Passats, he’s taken care of me for 25 years (and Precision before him). This shop is like a 2nd home. Nothing gives piece of mind like a mechanic you can trust.

These guys are awesome. Not flashy. To the point. If they know they can fix your car, they will tell you, if they don’t think it’s a good idea to do the repair, they will tell you. And I totally respect them for that. I handed them a few thousand dollars of repairs and they gracefully declined. And I respect them for that.

I just can't say enough good things about Darrell, Trevor and the rest of the team at Precision. I've been taking my 2003 Audi to them for 17 years and we've been taking our Subaru for several more. With a 21 year old car, I'm sure they've had plenty of chances to do work that wasn't really necessary. I have always found them, though, completely honest and straightforward. Work is done as discussed, in a timely manner, and they are more than happy to answer all of my questions. In addition, they're just nice guys! I will genuinely miss visiting them, as my new car isn't one of the brands they service. (I really considered sticking with one they did!) You can't go wrong here.

Didn't take my car in for service, but reached out for a second opinion after getting an expensive estimate from a service dealer that didn't even address my problem. Darrell called me back the next morning and took a half-hour out of his busy day to address my concerns and break everything down for me. He gave me straight talk with no nonsense or sugar coating; he wasn't available to do the work, but he set me on track and recommended some great shops in town who could help me out. Seems like an honest mechanic worth his salt, 5 stars!

I can't believe I have not left them a review yet. I've been going to Precision for a few years now and they are simply the best. Skilled, transparent, fair, and trustworthy. 100 percent recommend.
