They went so far and above what they had to do, holding my hand while I had technically difficulties with the formatting, giving me a steep discount, because (they felt) some of the photo quality was diminished, but I thought it was perfect. “AlphaGraphics is the best printer that I have ever worked with. Barbara and Tracy are kind, professional and caring. They always take the time to listen to my concerns. I am very particular about the colors in my art and they have never made me feel as though I was being unreasonable with my requests. They have a fast turnaround time and my orders always look great. I found them about ten years ago after trying out a couple of other places around town and they are far and above the most accommodating printer. If you are seeking a good, reliable printer, I highly recommend them. I would honestly give them more stars if I could. :)”

“I don't really understand the negative reviews ... I wonder if it's a matter of hobbyists vs. professional printers. I am the latter, so my opinion is from that perspective. Beaver is the absolute best. Great product at fair prices on a fast turnaround. I have ordered from Beaver at least a couple times a month for years and have had great experiences. Every commercial printer in the area uses Beaver for mag/poly plates. This is a B2B shop that assumes a certain level of professional knowledge. If you are a professional printer looking for reliable, high-quality mag/poly plates, look no further. If you're a hobbyist looking for a lot of hand-holding and help getting started with printing/stamping, this is maybe not the place I'd start, but when you're ready for the next level, Jimmy is the man.”

“I needed backdrops and other items for a trade show. I found PrintSource360 online; the website was very well-organized and provided good instructions about design files and file preparation. The products looked good and the price was very good compared with other websites. At first I was skeptical because their prices were about a third lower than anything else I could find, and I couldn't find any customer reviews for them online. Was it even a real company? I ended up speaking on the phone with Mike, he said that they don't have any reviews online because most of their customers are businesses and they are not in the habit of posting online reviews, but he would like to remedy this (a good idea). I decided to go ahead and ordered a large framework backdrop, a large retractable banner and a table cloth. The order was processed promptly and shipped quickly, and I was happy with the way it came out. I just placed another order for a retractable banner for a different show. Very pleased with the service, and just wanted to post a review to make it clear that yes, this company is for real, their products are for real and their prices also. Thank you, Mike!”

“I have been working with OVO over the past year on a practice introduction booklet. When it came time to do the printing Harold and Premier Press were recommended to us by Ryan/Eric and the team at OVO.We had a mix of hard and soft cover booklets sent to us.After we took delivery we realized that we didnt' receive the hard covers that went with the booklets.After much back and forth with Harold we recognized that they produced and shipped it, but UPS never delivered it to us (two part order, 8 boxes each, 1 was dissimilar and just never recevied).We both tooth our time trying to see if we could locate the missing hardcovers.When it became apparent that they weren't going to show up, Harold and his team basically said, "Dr Kang don't worry about it, we are gonna get this done right by you."And that was the end of story. New covers being made and ready to be shipped out shortly. Professionalism personified and a customer for life.Thanks Harold”

Today Omar made my day. Going above & beyond he helped me get the best shipping option which ended up with me needing a new box. “I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with them on putting together several proposals for brand new copier machines in our offices as our lease on our existing equipment through Pacific Office Automation is FINALLY drawing to a close (and btw, if you are even remotely considering going down that route with POA, don't just walk away... RUN! Trust me). The rep that I worked with throughout this entire process (and it was a long one, on our end, not theirs) was Nick Bassett, and he was an absolute delight! He stuck by us every step of the way, with a dogged determination and drive to see things through. He may be young and somewhat new to the industry, but do not let that fool you. This guy really knows his stuff, far better than many veteran reps who I have spoken to throughout my lifetime. He is always prompt and timely in his responses and follow-up, does exactly what he says he is going to do, is extremely knowledgeable about his company and the products and services that they provide, and truly cares about what is in the best interests of the customer, and is therefore not pushy in the least, which I really appreciated. I have absolutely no doubt that Nick is going to go very far in his career, no matter where his future takes him, and I hope that one day our paths might cross again in the future. While we ultimately were not able to work with Kelley in the end due to a corporate contract that was in place with another provider and entirely out of my control, I definitely consider that to be a huge loss on our end, as this is one classy company, and one that I would have loved to have been partners with. And I would gladly be willing to recommend their services to anybody, any day of the week. So thank you, Kelley Connect, for a job very well done. And thank YOU, Nick, for all you did in helping us along the way, and for being so gracious, even when things didn't pan out exactly as we'd all hoped in the end. It did not go unnoticed.”
