Wow! I’m so grateful to the local manager here, Jamie! I was so stressed out the day I put my things in storage, that I didn’t attach my lock properly. I had unknowingly left my items unprotected. Blessedly, she was on her job and noticed after I left. She secured the unit for me. I didn’t even realize I had made the mistake until I returned several weeks later. They tried to contact me, but I was traveling and off-line for a while. Then she came back to work early to unlock it for me so I wouldn’t miss my train. Crisis averted - twice!
I’m incredibly thankful because I had some sacred items in there that really mean a lot to me, including a devotional statue that is a few hundred years old. Thank you Jamie!

Do not ever rent space here. It is not secure. Everything I own was stolen, and what was left was destroyed. Their insurance is a max of 5k so if you have belongings that cost more than that you are out of luck. I trusted them to keep my stuff safe and they failed. When I called for help they treated me horribly and offloaded me to their awful insurance company. Stay very far away.

10/10 experience. This was the first time I booked a unit online before, and the onsite manager, Jammie, was so helpful and considerate. She made our short term rental process so smooth and helped us make sure the unit was exactly what we needed before we moved in. I would absolutely rent here again.

The app and website DO NOT WORK. It took me two weeks to get the app and website to recognize that I had an account with public storage. I had confirmation emails, and account number, phone call confirmations that I had a rental but I was unable to login and pay my bill. It took countless calls, messages, emails, and me doing my own research to finally be able to login which was somehow magically fixed. The storage facility itself is nice but the technological issues I encountered both time I tried to rent a unit made it nearly unusable.
