Decided it was time for some additional storage, and the process was so swift and seamless thanks to Jaime! She reached out and left a voicemail welcoming me and to see if I had any questions, (which I did.) When I called back, she was able to walk through the whole application on the phone with me to make sure there were no hiccups, and was in office when we arrived to welcome us and make sure we understood how to use the app and the elevator. Already recommended a friend thanks to how easy she made the whole process! Thanks Jaime for your outstanding customer service and friendly and professional attitude. 10/10

This unit advertised to me and confirmed over the phone that there would be someone in the office until 6pm on Friday. Now there is no one here, and I’m totally in a lurch because of them. They advertise E-locks and it’s not the case. No help from customer service, which takes 20 mins to reach anyone anyways.

WARNING! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I reserved a unit online. When I got to the unit it was filled with black mold even though it says the facility is climate control . I have tried to contact them through email, by calling the building as well as by stopping in in person and no one is ever in the office during business hours and they don't answer the phone or return calls. I already paid for a moving truck and helped moving which I had to eat and I still can't move my stuff in anywhere because I can't get in touch with them.

The 5 star reviews are really suspicious. People live in some of these units, so your items are unsafe. And the insurance is a joke, they will deny your claim when you attempt to get reimbursed. I got my unit broken into within months, the employees won’t help in any way: won’t file police reports, won’t report break ins to their insurance company, and won’t alert users that they’ve been victimized in a timely manner. Storing valuables here is basically giving them away.
Attempting to reach a real person won’t work 90% of the time, the main freight elevator is nearly always broken, and the loading carts are usually missing. I’m trying to get my stuff out but none of the elevators are working anymore. And of course, nobody is here mid afternoon.
