It's a fair service at a competitive price, I have noticed some time delay and some small glitches within the Mobil app. All in all if I had to use a storage service i would definitely would.

Great rates and the staff members are friendly and accomodating. Everything went more smoothly than I expected. The property is well-maintained, the units easy to find. I've rented from them before and I was impressed.

I rented a unit for less than two months and went to move when my things there had been a rat infestation in the unit. There was rat feces all over my things!!! All over my things.
One worker there was helpful and the other couldn’t be bothered while he was making his personal phone calls.
NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERE!

Unit was broken into. Staff were nice, but they do not have proper camera coverage of every row. Based on paint scuffing, an angle grinder was used. Thieves stole everything of value & anything with personal information, so we now have to be extra cautious about identity theft. Do not store anything you care about here, lots of criminal activity in the area.
