Nobody ever in the office. Nobody answering calls. I can't use my perpaid card online. Then they tried hitting me with a $20 Convenience fee when i tried paying over the with a Automatic voice teller. They're only open for 9 hours. That's not enough time for working people.UPDATE: 03/12/2024I scheduled an appointment week ago to pay my bill but there's nobody in the office...

Getting and having my unit was great. Cancelling is IMPOSSIBLE and costumers service is non existent. Still no luck a month later. No return phone calls from property management after many messages and an empty locked office. I will not be renting here again

Have been to the property three times. My unit is one of the indoor units, with a locked door securing multiple units that are also secured with locks. The first two times I went, I was not given the code for the locked door, and it was just open. Went today to drop off some stuff around 10:30. Door was locked, nobody in the office. Looked through the app for a passcode, nothing there. Called public storage, got voicemail. No return call by end of day. Could use onsite staff during business hours.

It closes at 5 or 6 o'clock and the man that works until then is less than pleasant at any request. He will however come around to ask you why you're still here when it's ten minutes until close. With an attitude the whole time. It's fairly cheap rents though. I have to give them that. Just don't expect decent customer service.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I purchased a unit today, came to unload my full car of stuff and the gate is broken and I'm being told they have no clue when it'll be fixed and that there's no access to the units till then. Seems crazy that there's no way to manually open the gate, and makes me loose all trust that I'll have access to my unit when I need it. it's also in a very seedy part of town and definitely didn't feel very safe being there alone. first and last day renting from this place.

Izzie was very informative about the prices and expectations public storage. She was kind and very helpful. Thank you for making it not such a bad experience like I had at other storage places.
