Place is clean looking until you realize you've got rats digging around inside your unit prices are ridiculous move in was ridiculous moved a load of my stuff left to get more came back one of the walls that separated my unit from the next fell down ontop of all my things the other unit had so much stuff leaning on the walls it just caved in went and told the office the manager of the property said oh no ... so I dont what to tell you about this ... I said give me a different unit or unit on different property its not policy to get you onto another property and I cant give back your money either because its been deposited ok so a different unit ??? Don't have the same size available but I needed out of my place ASAP so I took the smaller unit but didn't realize it was the same price as the bigger one until it was to late according to the same manager the he didnt take my info off the original unit so the next month he tried to double charge me this place is a joke if your not in a bind find a different storage unit its not necessarily the company's that is the issue its the management and workers place is garbage ive even heard of people's stuff being broke into and staff says of public storage isn't going to do anything about it so don't know what to tell you

Showed but just to find out that customer service canceled our reservation without contacting us and said it’s normal business smh they said there was no availability for storage. Moved states and needed to drop off U-Haul. Luckily TJ showed up and went above and beyond to save us not only was there still units available for the size we needed he was able to give us the same rate. AGIAN TJ WAS AWESOME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I don’t often leave bad reviews, but when it’s necessary, it’s necessary.
This location is infested with rodents. I had to throw out a very nice couch and a very expensive mattress due to the massive amount of droppings, smell of urine, physical dead rats, and nests built in and out of everything. Not only is it expensive to replace those items, the unit still expects me to pay for the full month on top of it (moved out on the 2nd).
This location does not offer any kind of dolly’s, carts, or otherwise wheeled transport options making moving much more strenuous and time consuming.
The manager, TJ, is rude, dismissive, and has no intention of letting you know if anything is happening with your unit that you should know about (I believe things were stolen from my unit, things were stolen from units close to mine and he didn’t tell the owners either). I’ve seen people wait hours for him to meet them for scheduled check ins, and he never answers the phone/calls back. The only call he is interested in is if you owe him money. That he will care about.
No restrooms. Which I do understand. That’s more of just a notice.
The rent hikes are ridiculous. That’s probably everywhere, but make sure you’re ready for a massive spike later if you go for one of the move in deals.
I haven’t dealt with any employees other than TJ, so I can’t comment on them. However, the combination of rats, ruined things, zero consideration, rudeness, and overall lack of customer care will prevent me from using or recommending public storage. As well as I will be telling people my experience. Unacceptable.

Less than 0. My storage was broken into and several others. The property manager tj NEVER even bothered to let me know then tried to cover it up by making some janky repair job that didn't even secure the building. So because of it I moved out and when doing so I found more issues with my belongings that weren't stolen totally destroyed by RATS!! 4 DEAD RATS in my storage.!!! No accountability ,not even a fake apology was given for the unprofessional way this property is ran. Never again. BAD BAD BAD!
