Overall, it is a good clean facility. Dual security code at gate and elevator so you feel your property is a little safer. In the 6 months I had a unit here I did come across homeless people day camping in the hallways on 4 different occasions.

Cheap price but unreliable employees and service in general. They say the close at 6pm and I got here 2 hours before they closed and no one was there. And I never got a key for my unit and my gate code doesn’t work when I enter it, it says that I need to see a manger. But no one is answering the store number or anything. It is very frustrating. Will not be storing here again. Might be canceling my rental!!!!

Great spot for storage, feels safe and clean. Reasonable rates and staff are great as well. Peter was super helpful. He showed us around before moving in, answered all our questions and gave us all the info we needed. Would recommend ?

Raising rates yet again??? That is twice is just over a year. You guys are just terrible. At a time when housing, gas and food are incredibly expensive making life harder to afford, you decide to raise your rates. Shame on you.

Moved me into wrong unit then locked me out. No email correspondence yet they claim they contact me. Customer service doesn’t help. Continually beating locked out while staff unavailable to help during business hours. My issues were created by incompetent staff. Worst experience ever

..I am using Halsey and 118 Street location. And I am less than impressed with what they offer. I was promised a dollar for the first month. And then they charge me $15 for insurance $15 for processing fees and $20 for a lock. Now that's $50 for those of you short on math skills real quick. And then 2 weeks later they want me to pay another $44 and then two weeks after that another 67. Please tell me how that is a dollar for the first month in any way shape or form. not to mention I paid $50 in cash for my first month i walked in and paid for it didn't get a paper receipt. here I set up my account online and my receipt only says I paid 30. So now I'm pondering with what to do. I may just blast them out let my wife put on her preview with 95,000 followers. Because I know if I don't pay my bill they're going to keep all my s***. Not to mention the fact that they don't have enough crts for enough parking spots or their elevators worse than their employees it only works on one brain two bodies you can only use the elevators if you do a certain way you lift your leg and part one way is wind blows a certain way and you catch that feather floating down the sky then it'll work. Otherwise forget it you can't get nothing to work and they're not even their staff. If you don't do anything else at least get more carts for future reference three carts with four parking spots is ridiculous not to mention some people use two carts for a load so they can take it up in one instead of riding the elevator five times when you got to make sure you time it right with other people this is the dumbest storage space I've ever rented from for a multi-million dollar business you guys sure aren't real smart. You would think you could find it better system. Or at least manage the ones you do have a little better with a customers in mind not your price.

⛔️ D O N O T E N T E R ⛔️⚠️ MASSIVE RATE INCREASES!Shortly after moving in ⬆️ 35%.One year after moving in ⬆️ 28%.In total, current rate ÷ initial rate = 1.7 Almost double after 13 months of being a customer.They know once you move your stuff in, they got you by the balls, it's so difficult to move again that most people will continue to pay the increasing rates.

The worst storage facility. My boyfriend & I did the E-rental process thinking it would be easier and faster for us to gain access to our storage unit. However NOT the case. We got an email with the storage unit number and the gate access code, but the gate code didn't work and said we needed to see the property manager... there's no property manager on site at all, we called the customer service line (super rude lady) said "you need to drive to another facility to show them your ID, if that doesn't work you can try tomorrow" are you kidding? We need to store our belongings! So inconvenient. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!!!

Very poor customer service! Do not go here if you want fast and efficient service. If you do, make sure you inspect all vehicles with one of their employees before you drive off the parking lot.. Also the management here is the worst I have ever experienced.

Do not rent from any Public Storage facility unless you're ok with questionable business practices. I rented a unit July 2021 and then got a >20% rent increase notice just 5 months later in December.Public Storage thinks the following is a fine business practice:1. >20% rent increase in <5 months ($170 to $214)2. rent increase during a winter month (harder and less desirable to move)3. rent increase during the middle of a pandemicI can't imagine anyone thinking this is fair.So please think twice about storing anything with Public Storage.Add insult to injury, Public Storage stock (NYSE: PSA) is up 58% this year.On a different note, the local manager of this branch did reach out to corporate on behalf of me but the rent increase was not reversed.So this local branch is fine, but the company as a whole, I'd avoid.If you're looking to store items for less than 6 months, then you're probably going to be fine. But just know that this company is ready to exploit you.

Really rude and strict management. We left one night 3 mins late and we were forced to move our stuff out. We had been customers for 3 years.
