I tried yesterday to reserve/rent a unit online but the website was giving me some trouble, so I decided to just head into the office to get it done in person. Patrick was incredibly helpful and got my unit all squared away in less than 10 minutes or so!
This morning I got a follow up call from Megan about my wonky reservation, just to make sure that it all got squared away. I really appreciate how thorough this staff is, they're all very kind and it is apparent that they care about their customers. Glad I chose this location!

It's a storage facility. They have one person on-site during hours of operation, but there's not usually any reason to interact with them. Like most storage facilities, typical usage has little to no interaction with staff, so there's a difficulty when it comes to determining the rating of such a location . . .

I've been at this location for several years and I've had quite a few experiences that were not good, issues with the garage door not opening, issues with the elevator not working, not enough rolling carts. the whole building was shut down for like a month at one point, I couldn't have access to my things, no emails, no warning no reimbursements. The space rent keeps going up and the place also inconveniently closes at closes at 6:00 p.m.

So this five stars is absolutely and only for Megan the manager there at the public storage unit that we have off Albina... My wife and I definitely agree on one thing and that one thing is Megan being the only reason why we are absolutely even there anymore whatsoever if it wasn't for her unique management technique....and the better she makes all the hassles the company throws at us every month... Also as long as Megan's there we stay there if she somehow doesn't work at that job site anymore then we'll try to transfer the one she's at and if we can't do that then we're done with public storage that goes to show how one employee can be greater than the company itself in our eyes anyways...Megan definitely deserves the best from her bosses and at least a raise or 2 of recognition so she can feel financially appriciated

I have to use the storage unit often for professional reasons and I’m there for long amounts of time and frequently! Megan in particular is always incredibly helpful with a positive attitude and goes out of her way to check on me during the long-hauls! It’s clean and well managed, and I would certainly recommend.

If I could give Negative Starts I would. I've used a lot of storage facilities over the past 20 years and all over the country. This is the worst one I've ever used. You can never access your unit and if any problems arise there's never anyone to assist, no one in the office unless it's smack in the middle of banker's hours. Aside from the different hours that were posted on the website, which made moving my things in a huge hassle, they called me the day before I left the state for a long trip to tell me my unit was affected by a construction project they had. They had already removed my lock ( the one with my working key) and I would need to call them before coming down to access my unit next time to pick up a key for their replacement lock they put on. They claimed they had already called all the units affected by it to give notice but 100% no one had contacted me at all. I couldn't pick up a key the day before my trip so would do so when I got back. Comes time to access my unit, I called and had to leave a message to say I was coming, leave the only time I can make it during the work day, and get there at 9:05 am. The office is totally dark and empty. A woman comes out and says their office hours don't start until 9:30 and she has keys to an office around back but not the front office and she can't give me the key to my unit so come back later. This storage facility has terrible service, and such limited access as to make it completely useless. Huge mistake picking this place.
*** BTW - within about a week of me leaving this honest review, they raised the price of my storage by 40%. This place is literally the worst. DO NOT RENT HERE.
