I have been renting from Debbie for almost a year now or maybe less, she is always professional and personable. She’s helpful, and has been an amazing part of my storage experience. It also makes me feel more secure that there are so many security cameras and that she is on-site. 100/100 would recommend.

This Public Storage took good care of my belongings. In fact I even forgot to lock my unit one time and didn't realize it until I was 100 miles away. Thankfully when I returned thinking the worst. I found a new lock on my unit. The staff put a new lock on it for me. I had to pay for a new lock but my stuff was still there.

I rented here before they sold it to PS. I had the worst luck and some horrible treatment here. I rented but didn't need it right away. Then when I did need to use it they had the elevators flood and wouldn't let me move in to a downstairs unit. So I packed my belongings up the stairs. My knees are not good. But I had to do it. They gave me $50.00 off rent. It cost me a few grand not being out of the place I was at. The manager there im confused how he became a manager. But he treats people like he is entitled. He lacks customer service skills. He is rude. He thought he went down the hallway next to me but he was at the other one over and when he came back down he seen a piece of paper and kicked it into my unit. I asked what's that about and he said it wasnt there when he went by and when he came back it was there. There for i put it there. (It was there for 3 days in various locations). Then when I was moving units he said something to me because I was sitting. ( my knees won't stand long, I work sitting down) so I went to go to the other unit and he is peeping in my unit. Then I didn't say anything. Just looked at him and he got mad at me. But there are more things he did that lead up to me moving. But the fire doors were boarded up from people breaking in. They just hop over the top and unlock from the inside. My understanding is they even knew one person that broke in and didn't do anything about it. The security was a joke. They speak thru a intercom at closing to get people to leave but dont care if people stay. I wont ever rent here again. It was better when extra space had it.
