Currently locked inside this facility with no way to get out. Google said they were open til 9. We get here, their manager says they close in two minutes (at 6 pm) so we’ll have to call the number posted to be let out. The number does nothing, there’s no way to speak to a human, and the manager couldn’t be bothered to stick around for ten minutes to let us out. So here we are.
Can’t wait to cancel this membership. What an absolute joke.

Easy to access, facility is clean. I wish the hours were a little longer as I have more time in the evenings to access the storage unit. 7 or 8 PM on the week days would be nice.

Current month Autopay did not go through so I went to facility to talk to agent. Very glad I did. Abigail was helpful, efficient, and most of all, friendly and engaging during our interaction. Her way of providing customer service means I walk out the door with a lot of good feeling about being a customer here. Highest marks.

Buttons are glitchy, dollies are locked up during business hours and there is no employees around ever, if you plan to move stuff into here I'd highly recommend planning around a few hours towards working around the inconveniences you wouldn't find anywhere but here.

Kyra was amazing she was able to help 5 different people all at the same without having any of us waiting. She deserves a raise she did the work of like 3 people all at once and should be paid as such. Keep it up.

Save yourself a bunch of money and store your things on your lawn or in your driveway. They will absolutely be as safe and secure as they are in this public storage. Just went by today to grab something only to find my unit unit has been broken into for the second time in a month, and besides that one of the last times I was there, I was loading the truck and inside a few minutes after closing and when I was ready to leave, I was not able to get out of the gate! My code would not open it and it said to see the front desk And whomever was working that day apparently decided to takeoff early so there was no one to let me out So two hours later, after calling the police and then the fire department they showed up with a key to open the gate and let me out. It’s also very conveniently owned by a company in Florida so literally could not be further away from me at this location and, when you speak with anyone about it, no one seems to really care a whole lot so now looks like it’s time to start figuring out what’s missing, I believe my unit size is the largest they have and it was full so needless to say the $5000 max that I can receive for insurance on the unit Will not even begin to cover what was in there. So very happy with my decision to keep my belongings at public storage.
