I have had a unit here for over a year. Jacob is the only reason we continue to rent here. The ladies bathroom has been out of service for months now. The elevator is always messing up. The list goes on. Jacob is always very nice

Never anyone in office. I need help getting new keys to my unit (which has gone up $50 since January), I’ve been to the unit a dozen times and no one’s in. I’ve called and left many voicemails. No response.

Pretty secure, clean. Nice staff. BUT… there are no carts to move your stuff. When they first opened there were a few but for the last few months none. I bring a wheelbarrow with me every time. Apparently people just lock them in their units and they say there’s nothing to do about it but they need to check them out to people or something. Will be moving out soon which is a bummer because it’s very close to my house.

Ok I am beginning to agree with all of these low reviews! I am trying to open my storage that I just rented and can't get the door to open. Office hours are supposed to be 6a but no one is in the office. This place is a ridiculous maze, just finding my space was a chore. Put up some signs!
This is ridiculous, first of all, what is a "hasp" ?
Finally figured out how to get the door up and now how do I install this lock? No instructions on anything!!
I finally got it all figured out with the help of a friend who doesn't even work for Public Storage! Thank you Tina!
And, now, I want to move some stuff in today but all the carts are locked up in the office where no one is available. I have to carry items one by one to the basement??
AND trying to setup this app?? Forget about it!
