Updating my review to two stars. They raised the price from $86 to now $156. So just know that once they have you, they will raise the price on you.
Not 24 hours - hours are super limited, especially if you work during the day. They have three moving carts and if there's more than one person in there, good luck. The storage unit itself is exactly what you would expect and no complaints there.

Bad communication, nobody working when I arrived to move in, had no idea how to work gate access, super hard to navigate the building and no signs for elevator, just exit arrows that lead you to emergency only exits. unit itself is decent, decent security. Just poor customer service all around really

They charged me a late fee when I paid early and now I cant get ahold of anyone. This is after raising my rent without notice, twice. I recommend taking your business elsewhere as I'll be doing.

I needed a storage unit quickly but I did not choose this location hastily. I had a very negative experience at the last unit I chose from a different company. Basically all of my photos and cards from my grandparents were destroyed because of water damage... I'm a very happy that I went with this location. I trust them to take care of my things as though they were in my own home. In a way our storage unit is an extension about her of my home.
This PS is absolutely top-notch, entirely thanks to the attendant, Jake.
Jake exemplifies what superior customer service looks like. He truly understands the chaos and last-minute stresses that come with moving. From the moment I booked my unit, he was incredibly helpful, providing not just information, but genuine accommodation for my situation. I felt like he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, acting with patience and empathy throughout the process.
It’s rare to encounter someone who shows such personal sympathy and dedication to making a difficult situation easier for the customer. The facility itself is clean and secure, but the personalized care provided by Mark is the real five-star difference. Highly, highly recommend!

Love the staff but they're not always present when its open. I had left something in the main entrance plus I needed to get an extra storage unit. and had to wait over 15 minutes till someone returned both times. Happened a few times
