I popped in early morning to get some ingredients for Pi day tomorrow. Everyone in the store was setting up and cleaning up for the morning rush. The produce department was getting stocked. The tables in the front were getting cleaned. Everyone seemed happy. It was 6am in the morning.

Just went in to qfc at 830 at night Togo shopping and found out that even with the extra high prices, that ot is uscan only. I had a cart full of groceries, and ask if someone could ring me up and they Informed me it was uscan only.I Grabbed the three items I really wanted and scanned thosed and paid and push the rest of the cart to the lady at uscan and asked if she could put it away for me.

Would not recommend, tried shopping there tonight and a homeless man was wondering around smelling strong of feces and urine, even after he left the aisle the smell lingered, I wasn’t able to finish shopping it was so bad. Let’s hope this place doesn’t become as bad as the downtown Fred Meyer.

Poor service at the deli (no service) on multiple visits. No changes after raising the issue with management. Actually got worse. Boxes everywhere and stuff focused on those boxes and not on visitors

I'd like to extend a unique thank you to this grocery store for an unexpected experience. While I was expecting a delightful cake, it ended up getting smashed into my face. Surprisingly, this incident turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The cake acted as a fantastic moisturizer and conditioner for my skin and hair. It left me feeling nourished and refreshed in a way I never could have imagined. So, thank you for the unconventional beauty treatment - my skin and hair are forever grateful!

I went in to pick up my prescription that was called / sent in by my doctor hours before I walk in to pharmacy’s pick up counter. I get in line, and the pharmacy tech does not even say hello, had me waiting standing in front of her while she is looking at her screen before she even acknowledged my presence. Then asked what she can do for me without looking me in the eyes. I give her my information and she tells me prescription is not ready and to come back in 10 minutes. I return in 10 minutes. There are two customers in line, so I wait on the sideline for another 10 minutes for her to acknowledge me and after she asks me again what my name is she gets my prescription from one of the shelves, but does not go back to me to let me know that the pharmacy manager will be right with me to go over information about the prescription. Instead, she immediately helps another customer in a friendly and welcoming manner. I had to wait for her a few more minutes while her manager continues to do what she’s doing instead of correcting the problem. Was I being ignored or are they just busy? Ignored because I’m Asian, or ignored because they were busy? There could have been more effort in correcting the situation, such as finishing up with my transaction before moving in to the next customer, or manager placing a call on hold to assist the tech? Thoughts? Pretty disappointing when you’ve been a customer at this pharmacy for over a decade.

This is sadly the closest store to my place. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the staff is so sweet and very helpful. But every time I get produce from here it is always awful. The garlic is sprouting every single time, the strawberries go bad one day after I buy them. I have tried thinking that maybe I'm just picking bad ones but it's been 4 times in a row where I always get the worst produce.

Well we'll well, how to start.... Let's start with how I always come here and have noticed that workers of a shade darker than white always seem to be pretty similar to ALL customers while the not colored skin workers always seem to have a different tone with not only my colored/ethnic skin (and trust me I am pretty pale from working nights for so long) but also anyone who is dark skinned as well.The tone I mean is paying extra attention to them instead of checking out as the stations are there for and wait until a machine opens up.Obviously there are cameras for security purposes to watch any shenanigans that are stewing.Well today was the day it went too far and now I felt the need to post this review to warn any darker skinned customers.So all the self serve stations were being utilized while 1 appeared to be out of commission.I was the only customer in line waiting for a machine to open up and being I only had 3 items I waited patiently.A non colored skinned worker decided that I deserved some "special" attention and directly asked me what I had in my bag and he could ring me up himself (again this is the area of a self checkout). By the time he started scanning my 1st item, 2 self checkout stations were already available (again all within 15 seconds of when began giving me this "special attention".I just finished shopping and am writing the post immediately so hopefully their management could put a timeliness together.Management....please watch the cameras at this approximate time for his shift to see how many customers he gave this "special attention to" or if I was targeted.Again I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have gotten looks for non colored skinned workers but today took the cake on the line of what I was willing to accept before speaking up with this review.So just a public service announcement to all customers wanting to shop here.Just be aware that if your skin is colored you will be treated with "extra care" during your experience here.Sincerely,Colored skin customer.

Convenient location for people living around this part of town because there isn't much when it comes to grocery stores around here .Obviously unless you want to get stuck in traffic around Burnside and try the stores in Pearl and NW .I pop in when I am in hurry and have been able to get most of what I need -Dairy , Produce and breads . The store has a weird layout with the produce section all the way to the other side . Prices are slightly higher if you compare to other stores but if you have the rewards card they are sometimes at par . Staff is alright . Plenty of parking out front .

While this is a well-stocked grocery store, they have completely ditched any sort of reasonable customer service. The pharmacy hours are ridiculous and they take time off at lunch and simply close. I just went there on a Saturday morning and there were zero check stands open-- self checkout only. This just seems completely mean-spirited for seniors, given that people with reasonable technological ability regularly struggle with the self checkout process. I feel like they should give a discount if they force you through self check out. We have resolved simply to go to zupans for all purposes even though it is more expensive because this is just an intolerable process.

this place just keeps getting worse and i cant shop here anymore. Aisles packed with pallets midday, impossible for disabled people to traverse. Stands of products blocking shelves, clutter everywhere and blocking aisles, ive had to move stands out of the way to reach for stuff off shelves. The self checkout replaced stands to place your basket with refrigerators that you can't rest the basket on anymore. I had to hold my basket the whole time while I checked out because there was no room to rest it on anything. Prices on signs that are grossly misleading, for example: 1.99 for a bag of chips and in the tiny fine print that is hard to find, only if you buy 5- if you buy one it is over 5 dollars. The shopping experience here is so bad.

I guess a "rich" persons version of Kroger? Lol. Situated in a nice area of Portland/Beaverton area.Kind of annoying how a different app is needed to get discounts. Kroger should just have Kroger for its stores, Fred Meyers, QFC and the countless other stores it owns.The baggers are awesome as hell!!! Thank y'all!

I have been avoiding writing a review because I don’t want anyone else to know how amazing this QFC is but I have had too many amazing customer service moments to not write one.First of all, the pharmacy staff has always been the best staff I have ever encountered at a pharmacy EVER. They not only are doing their jobs, they have gone above and beyond to help me out when my medication was facing a nationwide shortage. Taking extra time to go over all of my options without hesitation and even making PHONE CALLS to see what other options I had bc everyone’s circumstances are different. 10/10 both pharmacists (one is a young man and the other is a blonde woman) have been excellent.Second: the deli has always been stocked full of all the best food that I wish my work was closer to here so I could eat lunch here more often. And tbh I never have wanted to eat at a grocery store, but the food they have prepackaged is always fresh, delicious, and presented so very well.Third: the Starbucks. I love going to Starbucks but always avoid in-store ones bc they can be a liiiiittle off. But not this one. Always has the most up to date merch and smiling staff.Lastly: shoutout specifically to Jarrett. Today he was reorganizing the wine section with his coworker and everything had gotten moved from its original spot, and was in boxes all over the place. He stopped what he was doing when he saw me looking around where the Sake used to be, and asked me if I needed any help. I told him about a special sake that I needed and said unfortunately, since they are resetting the section, the sake is packed away and probably won’t be up until later today or tomorrow. I had said I needed it for a wedding and needed to get it today. He immediately started digging through his boxes looking for it and then even went so far to look in a separate section of the store where more boxes were. He found it and I honestly couldn’t believe it.I know this seems like it’s all standard and should be done but to be honest, ever since 2020 the grocery world has been full of ups and downs and it’s no one’s fault. It’s tough out there to keep up with customer standards and lack of employees… but this QFC is really nailing the “Quality” part of their title.
