This hotel has an infestation with roaches and ants. Mold around air conditioner, dirty bed sheets, hot tub out of order with standing green colored water. Rooms are small for queen double bed and do not look like what's advertised online when booking

I stay in lots of hotels all over the place. I am not usually disappointed nor surprised. However when I checked into this Wyndom Property I was not enthusiastic about it. I prefer to stay at LaQuinta's but they usually are booked on short notice. This particular Hotel it is in an area known for derelicts, high police activity and drug markets. I knew this going into it as I had lived in this formerly beautiful city for decades.
My room was clean to the eye. I found several things that were off putting. The first was the bathtub, A new bathmat was thoughtfully provided however the imprint of old bathtub usage by mats was forever etched into the bottom of the tub leaving me wondering if a bit of scouring with a polisher would remove the grime imprint. I did not feel as though the tub was clean although I am certain it was cleaned. Just too long without a replacement. Same with the lounge chair in the room. Clearly the cloth was filthy and it had a tear in it about two inches long. This chair would be better located on the curb with a free sign attached rather than being presented as part of a thriving hotel. The bathroom fan sounds like a chainsaw but does run.
Overall this is not where I would have liked to have spent my night, but having stayed in much worse in my lifetime I will just say serviceable but not inspiring. With this property Wyndom will soon have to choose a complete gut and remodel or divest before it loses its value. The people in this particular area that use the hotels here are rough trade and it shows in the wear and tear of the room. Otherwise not a problem.

I booked this off of Expedia. I am really surprised Expedia even list this as a hotel. I will now stop using Expedia. Had I had the chance to know more about the poor neighborhood or the bad quality of the hotel I would never have chosen to stay here. However, we arrived here at 8:30 at night after having a very full day of hiking and I did not want to have to Try to find a different hotel to stay in. The paint is peeling off the walls, there was nail polish painted on the nightstand. I took pictures of something that looks like blood on the wall, which I will attach here. There’s cigarette burns all over the bathroom sink. There’s also a red spot right next to where your head is when you’re sitting on the ladies room. It is the very first hotel I’ve ever stayed out where I needed to go back to my car to get wet wipes to clean off the surfaces. They were white streaks on the headboard, which came off with the wet wipe. This is not a place I would ever recommend. Also, there’s a dispensary across the street. It’s on a very busy street. The house is in the neighborhood seem to be boarded up. And there’s a gate around the property. Hopefully that will keep the car save, but we took all our valuables inside. I definitely made a mistake booking this hotel.
On the plus side, the air conditioner works, and the sheets are soft. And the gentlemen, at front desk was courteous when checking us in.

Very sketchy neighborhood. I am surprised that Expedia would even sell this room. I would never stay here again.
There was a woman out in front of the hotel, clearly on drugs, waving her hands at the street like she was conducting an orchestra.
The house is across the street from the room I’ve been boarded up I’m afraid to go out to walk our service dog. Pulled back the sheets to find this little brown speck of sand on the bed. If the sheets were changed, that would not be there.

If it could be a ZERO Star it would be! What started out as what we thought was an act of kindness, quickly turned into a feeling of being bamboozled. The front desk staff at check-in were kind, accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They accommodated our accessibility needs due to traveling with our complex daughters in wheelchair’s due to outpatient procedures at a Portland Childrens hospital, but the property was unsafe, run down and surrounded by drug use. We left at 5:00 pm after literally being there for 4 hours because transients were roaming the hallways (not patron’s of the establishment). There were people doing drugs outside our window. We felt very unsafe! Furthermore, there was a huge water leak in the window of the ADA room that we notified them about immediately and no one came. As we were leaving the young woman at the front desk was completely uncaring/rude, as I imagine they get paid for rooms that people don’t end up staying in quite frequently due to the unsavory, unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Don’t let the website pics mislead you. To top all things off, as we went to leave someone was parked in the no parking lines next to our wheelchair van and we had to pull out to load our child blocking traffic. That was the final straw! We had to drive home to central Oregon.
This is the response I received upon request of a refund. “Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially given the circumstances surrounding your travel.
Please know that we did our very best to accommodate your family, including offering an early check-in and ensuring your accessibility needs were met upon arrival. Once a guest has checked in and used the room, especially for several hours, we are unfortunately unable to resell that room for the night, and as such, we are not in a position to issue a refund.
While we do understand your concerns, it’s important to note that we do not have control over activity in the surrounding area. We take safety and cleanliness seriously, and we’re continuously working with local resources and on-site staff to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
We do regret that your visit fell short of expectations and will continue to use your feedback to improve where we can. However, at this time, we will not be issuing a refund Thank you”
I have since contacted their corporate office and filed a formal complaint. This property is unsafe and people need to be aware. They are responsible for what happens on their property.
These hotels are privately owned franchises. Therefore they carry the Wyndham name and that’s it. Each hotel creates its own atmosphere and policies. Stayer beware! Neither corporate or the individual chains care about their customers. The reviews are all over the internet about how awful they treat people. I will never stay at a Wyndham Hotel. They are just robbing people.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER STAY IN THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL
This was by far the most disgusting and traumatizing hotel experience we’ve ever had in the U.S.
We checked into what was supposed to be a 100% non-smoking room, only to find a space completely soaked in cigarette smoke — from the sheets to the curtains to the pillows. It reeked so badly that I had a headache all night and literally had nightmares from trying to sleep in that bed.
And as if that wasn’t horrifying enough — the air conditioner smelled like urine. URINE. We couldn't even turn it on without gagging.
The jacuzzi didn’t work, the noise from the neighboring room was ridiculous, and there was some kind of engine roaring outside our window in the middle of the night. We were traveling with kids after a long drive and were exhausted The front desk refused to move us or offer any alternative, leaving us stuck in this nightmare of a room.
We had booked for two nights so I could work from the hotel while my family enjoyed the city — instead, I was stuck in a stinky, noisy, absolutely unlivable room.
This hotel is a disgrace. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free — not even if they paid me. Avoid at all costs.

The rooms were very clean and had a nice size bathroom, I loved the long mirror closet doors. The breakfast was delicious they have a food buffet and you can make your own waffles, which was my favorite. Plenty of food. If your eating in your room don't forget to grab the tray that the coffee pot sits on, it will come in handy! Will stay again, oh another thing was I didn't get the 50 dollars back from the deposit for the room. So that right there pissed me off, but other than that everything was good 👍🏼

Horrible neighborhood. Be sure to lock your car and bring in any valuables. Also be sure to lock your room at night. The place is sketch at best. Although the free breakfast wasn't horrible.

Beds were saggy, spa was cold and only 2 of the 8 jets worked.
It appears to be used as a homeless shelter.
Thank goodness we were only there for one night to attend a family funeral that was held a few blocks away.

Several issues with this Ramada, please note my husband is of importance and is a Employee of Wyndham so I don’t give this review lightly… before booking I called and asked if the hot tub was working or available to use, the receptionist said yes it was not, it was ICE cold. They allow. Homeless to sit in the lobby where they will serve quest breakfast the next morning, during our stay there were 3 homeless in total and as I was coming in to the elevator a homeless woman shouts from the eating area with all her bags “excuse me miss! could I come and take a shower in your room!” I said “no sorry, I’m not the only one in my room” she gave a angry scowl and stared me down as I was getting onto the elevator, my mother went down shortly after and she was still there harassing guests about taking a shower in their room, the receptionist did nothing to protect the guest from this. We stayed a total of 3 nights 2 separate rooms due to health concerns and it being close to the surgery I had, the first room had a strong smell of fabiloso it took hours with the fan on, door and windows open to clear it out. There were several burn marks on the curtains.
The plus side was only the location and the beds were very comfortable.
