The service was good, but the food was just a step above McD's. My salad was much smaller than what was shown in the menu. The lettuce came from a bag. The chicken was rubbery. I wasn't impressed.

Placed an online order for one burger at 8.35 pm for pick up on a Monday evening. Order mentioned pick up by 8.51. When I reached by 9 pm, they had not even started working on it. Got my order only at 9.15 pm. Sandwich good, service speed needs to be better

Excellent service, great food. We had the queso lava burger which is really amazing... and you can also have fries with the queso lava sauce! We also had the hluten free, cauliflower based pizza available which is perfect. Thank you Molly who served us and the manager who passed by to check in on us!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza

Claire is the best. She went above and beyond to fix an error that was made when she was on her off day! She was professional, friendly, and followed up when she didn't have to. That is customer service at its finest. She's the best!

We had to ask for our fries, which are supposed to be brought to the table while we wait.“Bottomless,” but we also had to ask for refills (when we could get the attention of the server.)The fries are now in very small portions, & are smaller than they used to be. I’ve noticed this seems to be their policy in all their locations.We also seemed to get all the little teeny overly crispy ones as part of our order.We waited for close to an hour after ordering before I finally saw a server and waved to get her attention. I mentioned that we have been out of fries for a long time, but mainly that our food hadn’t come yet.She went to the kitchen & came out a few minutes later with all the diners. They were cold.Fries that came w/ the meal were cool. My shrimp and broccoli were actually chilly. The shrimp tasted good, but everything was so cold & unappetizing, that I ate very little of it.I heard our server tell one of the others that she had closed out one section. My guess is she was doing that & neglecting her customers.My grandson liked his onion rings & burger.This was the worst service I’ve had at Red Robin.The other 2 in our group had salads.Again, this took nearly an hr.I should’ve waved someone over sooner, but I was trying to be patient.While I’m ranting, I’d like to mention that I wish they had soup options again.

Totally disappointed!! Cold fries. No resolution asked for hot fries did not come. However, they did tell us when we got our food if they wanted more fries to let them know.

I recently dined at Red Robin and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The food was absolutely terrible - my burger had no flavor whatsoever, and to make matters worse, it seemed like the chef had never heard of salt. The mac and cheese was served cold, and our burnt loaded fries were dry and unappetizing. The meat tasted like it was scraped from leftover BBQ meat crumbs.Adding to the disappointment was the lackluster service. Our server seemed completely disinterested and barely acknowledged our presence. Not once did they check on us to see how our food was or if we needed refills. To top it off, when we asked for a to-go box, they didn't even bother bringing one, despite there still being plenty of food left on my child's plate and our drinks being empty.Overall, the experience was a complete letdown. I would not recommend dining at Red Robin based on this experience.

The food was fantastic (Scorpion burger ?) but for as unbusy as they were (5pm on a Thursday, lots of empty tables), I expected better service. We went a while without our drinks getting refilled or getting checked on at all. In fact, after the food was dropped off (by someone other than our server), we didn't see our server again until she pulled up our tab on the tablet on the table. Kind of makes the bottomless drinks and fries pointless.

I ordered the whiskey bbq burger. The burger came out looking pretty raggedy. It had very little flavor, and tasted like a plain burger. The server was courteous however when he came out with the tray of food and drinks he went to two different tables first and gave them their drinks rather than giving us our hot food. He stood there and talked with the other tables for about 5-7min then gave us our food which was warm not hot. They offer "bottomless steak fries" we ended up waiting for about 10-15 min for a new basket to come out. Very disappointed. Burger cost $15 and the table they sat us at had crusty ketchup on it.
