They were very helpful and professional. With their foot sizing machine i found out I've been buying shoes too big for a long time. The steel toe shoes are a great fit and a whole size smaller than what I thought it was.

Top notch customer service.
The brand stands behind providing customer satisfaction. The boots are well-made and they ensure the fit is comfortable and perfect for you.
Had to do an exchange due to fit issues and they helped me get the right size that was comfortable for my feet.

Went in with screaming feet. Left with comfy feet. Got new work boots and insoles. They have a machine for scanning your feet to get the best fit and show you where are holding your weight on your feet.

Good customer service.. I purchase from RedWings before at a different location but they never took down my info so I had a difficult time looking for the same pair of shoes.. This time around they got my info down and also made sure I got my union discount..

Knowledgeable staff, and very pleasant, too!
Was here for 90 minutes getting a proper shoe fit, but as I have incredibly high arches and very wide feet, this is normal for me. It is hard to find shoes that don’t hurt, but I managed that here.
I will come back for more shoes.

I shopped here with a friend looking for a new pair of work boots. We were helped by a kind and friendly Megan who helped us find the pair that fit the best, and she helped us get fitted with the best pair of insoles as well. She was very knowledgeable about what we needed, and selecting multiple insoles to make sure we found the ones most comfortable. If you need someone to help you out with selecting boots and a fit that will serve you for years, I’d recommend shopping here.

I am an Ironworker we work hard and wear out our boots fast . In this day of age with online shopping it can be a daunting task to find a good pair of boots of a different brand . You can also go thru a lot of hard earned money just to find a pair that works. Not with this store and the person who runs it . They put you in a pair and maybe they don't work out they will Definitely make it right. That is such a relief and I will say I am blown away with the customer service. Thank you.
