Get some bags with handles please. What is the point of paper bags without handles, you can barely carry 2 at a time. Do better.

The selection post COVID seems pretty good. There are sometimes killer deals on houseplants. It's convenient if you live in St. Johns and there is a gas station with better prices than most places. Be ready to walk all over the parking lot looking for a cart. I've left before doing my shopping numerous times because there are no carts or baskets to be found. I use self checkout and every time, there are items that ring up more expensive than marked on the shelf. They restock by putting out huge pallets in the aisles making it hard to get around. Employees get paid to stand around and talk in a store that clearly has lots of work to be done. I've run across a few employees who are happy to help, mostly in the garden center, but not many. Theft is obviously on a crazy scale. It's normal to see someone shoving merchandise in their backpack. They have a new security system which will hopefully help with that, but now everyone looks like a suspect. Basically it feels like management has forgotten that customers are the reason the store can operate and has not trained employees in basic customer service. Good customer service also leads to less theft because customers, and thieves, know employees are paying attention to them.

constantly understaffed, poorly organized, terrible service. Every time I go here I regret it.

SO BAD. Probably the all time worst Fred Myer or overall shopping experiences I've had. I've shopped here for the last 3 years. Why to not shop here: - prices are very often not as they are marked - parking lot is horrible - never have carts or baskets - lines are so long, even checkout is often 5 min - the store is dirty -produce is horrible - unsafe feeling with so security and unstable people often shopping here. I've seen an unleashed dog running store. - gas line is super long, no one working Grocery outlet and new seasons are better options nearby -

Worst pharmacy imaginable! Cannot fill prescriptions in under a few days unless you call and beg. Clearly understaffed as they have horrible hours. Poorly trained pharmacy techs. Find a CVS

I would give 0 stars if possible. The pharmacy has really gone downhill. They seem so incompetent these days. This has been my go to pharmacy for years. I don't know what is going on but I am considering changing. I don't know if it is staffing issues or what. Currently I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Did grocery delivery today for the first time and the shopper was completely incompetent and a thief! I didn't get all my groceries totaling $82.72, but only got $27.64 worth. Plus he gave me someone else's bag. So somebody got my bag presumably!? Don't use their delivery service or prepare to be scammed!!!

The ketchup is in a locked case at the front of the store, with the laundry detergent. Really.

Okay so this review is more towards the Fred Meyers gas station and less of the actual store itself. this is one of the worst Fred Meyer's fuel stations that I've been to. The gas attendance here are rude, slow and I had one of the gas attendance lie right to my face. I'd avoid getting gas here at all costs if you can.

You know... it's not that often that a cashier is so straight up rude that I'll get home still stewing about it, so thanks for that. Her name was Yv______ (not yvette or yvonne) something. Looked like she might be a manager. Criminy. Can't imagine working with or under her.

This is not a Fred Meyer. It's a Kroger grocery store with an electronics store attached.

NO!! Pick up system became a nightmare - multiple products each order available online but not when you arrive. Last time called me AFTER I arrived (twenty minutes into my pickup window) to tell me order not ready. Worker came to car couldn't say when it would be ready! Wasted an hour of my time, about 25 min to drive one way. Asked to cancel order, they said my account wouldn't be charged b/c didn't pick up - CHARGED me anyway for ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Now another hassle. In past have been charged for items didn't receive, given half dead fruit, arrgh.

Their price and reward system is pretty good. The coupons are useful, and the fuel pints actually make a good price for a full tank if you can accumulate enough of them. The only issue I struggle with is the number of small mistakes that happen often. I have a habit of always checking my receipt and making sure prices are right and coupons are working. It happens more often in pickup services than in store. I try to understand the volume of work, while at the same time hoping it would improve constantly.

This store does not enforce mask requirements. On a multitude of occasions I have seen customers not wearing masks. I have seen them interacting with employees and in the store for long periods of time. Sometimes there are staff at the front doors enforcing but rarely at both doors and NEVER in the evening. Not only do they not care about their customers who are being put at risk but they don't care about their employees, who are already at higher risk of contraction. It's so disappointing that they can't be asked to staff both doors during open hours. There is a difference between doing our best and complacency.

Honestly, I have been coming to this Freddie's for over 15 years now. Ever since this year, there's been nothing, but rude employees. I even had an employee laugh at my face. The employee being Jhony. I felt extremely disrespected when all I did was ask him for 100$. Like can you not give a customer 100$? The customer is always right, and he clearly didn't see me being in the right.
