Went in to make an online return as I had got a couple of dresses for potential bridesmaid dresses. Kept one returned 3, store worker was not the friendliest barely said one word to me. Love reformation but didnt love this stores vibes

Me and my bestie come here probably twice a month at LEAST. It’s almost always the same two employees, and they greet us by name every time. They’re so friendly and helpful. For the life of me I don’t understand the negative reviews. This store is my happy place and being right next to Blue Mercury is such a plus!
