I've been with this company for over a decade and they've been consistently professional, prompt and always courteous in their dealings with me.
They are not perfect, but try to amend things if something is amiss, that's ALL you can ask for in any business or relationship.
For a small owner of few units they are probably the best. And if you have a large number of units they can probably give you more personal service than the large property management companies.

We've been using RPM to rent our property for 3 years now. They've been communicative and very helpful throughout the process. It's really hands-free as far as a landlord is concerned. They do all the work and I don't have to worry. Our tenants are very nice and clean and they (RPM) regularly gives us updates on the property and occasionally they will send us a bill for whatever maintenance is required. We are very happy with them. Recommend.

Run! If you are a tenant, absolutely do not ever consider a property managed by these people! They put pressure to get your screening fee, then become unresponsive and shady. Double talk, ambiguous answers if you're able to get one at all, no response to voicemails or emails, just completely unethical. I've been an excellent renter for 25 years and have NEVER experienced a management company as truly untrustworthy and weird as these folks. Many will agree that this team is what nightmares are made of.

They work hard to take care of my property so I don't have to. They have consistently found great tenants, and this has reduced the headaches. I love working with Shannon and Danielle!

I had a horrible experience working with this company.Day One: a house comes up early in the morning, I apply quickly to assure my spot in line. They send my application back because the document requested was not in PDF format, they cannot approve my application.Day Two: call them to discuss it verbally. They tell me specifically what I need to complete to finish my application, I follow their steps, reupload the PDF version of the file. I should be good to go. I await to hear whether I have been approved.Day Three: no word, I call them and they claim I am still missing documents on my application, when I just talked to someone previous day and they confirmed verbally with me that I only needed to upload one more file. Then, even though my application didn't go through, I still got charged $60.Hard not to be frustrated when you do everything you can to cooperate and secure a living situation and the company does everything to let you know how little you matter to them.

Current resident that has been bothered multiple times by this companies ability to fix issues and be understanding. Requests have been left ignored, not followed up on, etc. It is very annoying, especially for the price me and my roommate and I pay in rent.

Please rent from a home owner directly, if you can. These management companies are contributing to the ruin of the housing market in Portland. We didn’t rent from them (thank god); however, we couldn’t even look at the property unless we applied, and when we chose not too move forward (due to inflexibility around move in costs) they wouldn’t refund the application fee. I will never rent a home from this company and I suggest you don’t either.

I got no review of how any of the household systems work. The lawn is almost 18 inches long. All cable hookups taken out of home. House was not cleaned as per lease agreement. VERY disappointed with this rental company. Oh and also being charged a 2% fee to pay rent. Absolutely ridiculous! Will NEVER rent from Resihome again and will make sure no one i know will either.

Great management company! They always address any meta issue we have, work orders are dealt with promptly and they are usually available for a same day phone call. Danielle and Shannon are very personable and like to laugh!

RPM is always very quick to respond to any questions or requests we have. They have been great to work with for the 3 years we have been renting through them!

The property management has been okay. But things move slow bc the owner of property is very slow, and things take long time to be fixed.We pay rent on time every month and we lived without. A dining room/laundry room since mid February til today. But no compensation on rent or anything.
